Donnie and Joe did an awesome job at a great price. They cut and hauled away and cleaned up the yard before they left. In fact, the yard looked better than it did before they started. Honest and friendly. The is the 2nd time Donnie has cut trees for me. I highly recommend Donnie.

I have had the pleasure of working with Donnie several times over the past few years. He is always prompt, does what he says he is going to do and is extremely conscientious about his work. He gives a quote prior to the work being done and explains to you what he plans to do. His pricing is competitive with other tree companies in the area. He is the owner of the company and takes great pride in his work and his employees. All of his employees are hard working, professional individuals. In three days time he removed 6 trees from my property and limbed up, cleaned up and sealed cavities in approximately 6 more trees. He raked up and cleaned all of the debris around each tree and left the area looking nicer than before. I was impressed!

Donnie was excellent to work with. He returned calls promptly and showed up when he said he would. He provided the expertise to remove huge branches hanging out over the house. He completely remove a 40ft dead tree just feet away from the house without any harm to the house or nearby trees. Hauled all of it away and cleaned area of all debris. Would definitely use them again if needed.

I contacted Woodland Tree Service via Angi’s List In August 2023. Mr. Pitts was very responsive and professional. There were several jobs I needed done (trim 3 trees and cutting down a few bushes) Mr. Pitts gave me a fair and reasonable price and completed the job as discussed (August 2023) At the recommendation of Mr. Pitts, one of the 3 trees would be better trimmed during the fall season when the wasps and bees were not present. I hired Mr. Pitts again in November 2023 and received the same professional service as before. I definitely would hire him again and recommend him should the need arise. Thank You!

Professional service from start to finish, which includes clean-up of tree limbs and other debris (pine cones, leaves, and wood chips). This is the second time I’ve used Woodland Tree Service in a 2-3 yr. period. Donnie Pitts and his employee did not tear up my yard/grass making a trail from the back yard to the street, by dragging tree limbs and a wood chipper that could move as tree limbs were fed into it: This man’s work/service is exemplary and should be emulated by newcomers to this field of work. Mr Pitts is very cordial and affable. He listened attentively to what I wanted to have done. He walked my entire property with me as I explained what I wanted done. His price was very fair. If you need tree service, trimming or removal, call Woodland Tree Service FIRST. I used this company about 8 years ago. I had a fairly large tree leaning over my tractor shed that was starting to rot. I called several tree services. Most would not come because I live out a ways, in a rural area. I received some quotes with online photos of over $3500.00. When I inquired why the price was so high, they explained they needed to bring lift trucks and heavy equipment. I found Woodland Tree Service phone number and decided to call. Donnie Pitts was out here the next day and gave me an estimate far below $3500.00. He asked when I wanted it done and I told him "Whenever he could" He told me he could do it right them .....and BOY, did he! So now that spring is here and the leaves are out on the trees, I noticed my TV satellite and my internet satellite were being blocked by a large tree in my yard. I went to Angie's (list) and put in my request. Woodland Tree Service , plus four others were to call and give me an estimate. About 10 minutes after I had finished on Angie's. Donnie Pitts, from Woodland Tree Service called. He was at my house that evening and gave me an estimate that was more than reasonable. He was here the next day. They know what they are doing and they do it well. I only wished that I had some extra money to pay him, because watching him and the man on the ground with the rope, was like paying to watch a high wire act. Within five minutes, they had contacted me to schedule an appointment for that same afternoon. Donnie, the representative I spoke with, was extremely professional and easy to work with. Excellent & Professional Service! That is what I received, and, I am happy, beyond measure! Previous tree cutting & removal, tore up my yard, from the back of the property to the front yard; and, at the street where a wood chipper was used, which was mismanaged until I spotted it and stopped it, tree branches were removed by a piece of equipment that left a mess, trailed to meet the chipper, with no regard for where the worker was taking the logs — it tore up my yard, which took awhile to “come back” — after the company was told to come back to repair the damage! This team? There’s no comparison: these guys worked to perfection in many ways, starting by being early to reassess the project to determine many things; then, they got started. This was a father & son team who have been invited to return next year to cut down more tall trees to finish what I want at the fence line. This cutting including a Sweet Gum tree, and trees of various sizes (height & width), two dead trees that were causing a problem: an influx of beetles that made it through the yard to my patio (that was amazing, alone — God’s creatures). Then, the clean up of what had been cut down, sawed into removal-sized pieces that were carted off and loaded onto a truck to be hauled away, was flawless! Even the street was left clean! I. Am. Thrilled! Hire this tree removal service — you will not be disappointed.
