This was done by a professional group of young men. They did an outstanding job for me by trimming some very large trees in my backyard. They were outstanding in this job; I would recommend them to anyone who needs trees removed or just trimmed, as I did.

I was so pleased with Woodson Roofing and Tree Service; I had a hackberry tree growing far too close to my home. and I worried about it falling on my house also the roots were running under my home. Well Cecil Woodson came and in no time the tree was gone, and everything looks just great. I will be calling this company again for my other trees.

Cecil contacted me by phone and text. He came and gave an estimate at our convenience. He gave us a great quote and came out on March 16th (4 days after the estimate) and removed the tree. He and his team kept everything safe and clean. The team was timely and respectful.

Cecil and his crew did an excellent job on trimming back tree limbs and removing an old dead tree.
They even hauled off some old brush that had been up against the fence from a previous storm. Everyone was so polite and respectful and the cleanup was amazing afterwards.
I would highly recommend Cecil Woodson and his company.

Cecil was very knowledgeable, prompt, and efficient. The job was to remove mistletoe from a hackberry and trim dead limbs from a big red oak, which would then be cut into firewood. A few pieces of wood were cut a little longer than I wanted, but they were cut to proper size on a quick follow up visit. The small branches were all taken away so that the area was clean. We were very pleased with the work.

I used Woodson Tree Service to remove limbs from hanging over my house, these trees were tall and covered a lot of area. Scotty and his crew did a great job at a really good price- with punctuality,pride and detail,they were all very nice and professional with no down time. Their equipment was operational and well maintained and reliable. Scotty and his crew worked together and did an amazing job, sprayed all the cut limbs with pruning spray and cleaned up all the small twigs from the pruning. I would definitely recommend Woodson Tree Service for any of your tree needs. I give the a 5 out of 5.

Extraordinary! Large, tall tree on my property line was shedding limbs across a neighbor's lengthy, but narrow rural driveway. The morning I called Woodson, I cleared the driveway myself of fallen limbs. I rated the condition dangerous. Woodson Roofing and Tree Service is first rate!

These guys are GREAT!!! The quote that Cecil gave me was the best of 4 quotes. The price was ridiculously cheaper than all the others. These guys knocked out cutting down two super large pecan trees and trimming another in record time. They raked and cleaned up afterwards and left my yard looking better than when they arrived. I'm super happy that I found them to do the job. I will have them back again when I need them. Don't waste your time on anyone else, Woodson Tree Service is the best!!!

I first met Cecil a few years ago, and hired him on the spot. He has taken care of our trees every time a destructive storm came through, including this Memorial Day storm that came with 85mph straight line winds, that toppled our trees or broke branches 20-30ft up. Cecil is a decent man, one who will explain how a tree will be pruned, uses disinfectant on the blades, and applies pruning paint to the cuts insuring bugs or disease don't stand a chance. All of his crew are pleasant, speak English, polite, and knowledgeable of safety measures; using ropes and guides; the proper way to cut different types of trees; the angle of cuts; and they clean up the area and remove all the debis afterward. I will always hire Woodson's Tree Service because Cecil has integrity, knowledge, and cares about your needs (we all have a tree that is special to us, and his crew takes care to preserve what they can, afterall, that's the tree the children learned to climb on, the one that put shade on a yard or kept your house cool. He is genuine and honest, and a good Christian man. I can't imagine anyone better, and I trust him totally! You can ask all the questions you want and he is pleased to explain. His company is insured, AAA approved, and Cecil is always improving himself with certifications. He is also Oak Wilt certified. I recommend this company 100%.

Cecil and his Cruise showed up early which was nice and worked hard for hours very carefully bringing down this great big tree so as not to damage my roof or my concrete or any of my bushes or my sprinkler system. They have an ingenious way of tying ropes to the limbs but they're cutting so that when it's cut loose it hangs and they lower it gently instead of crashing to the ground. I was highly impressed watching them. They got the whole tree down and loaded into one huge dumpster and I couldn't believe they got the whole thing in there the Cecil assured me he'd make it fit and he did. They cleaned everything up when finished and hauled it all away. I give this company a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend them to anyone needing Tree Service. They will be back in a month or so to grind the stump for me. I will definitely be using them again.

We had them come look at a limb that was broken so we could have it removed. There was a crew that came out shortly afterward and cut a single branch down. The other half was left up and is completely rotten in the middle of the branch. We were told just wait for it to fall and when it does, we will come by and take care of it. We were shocked to hear this.

This crew was great. Communication was top notch. Their work was well planned and Ceicil would explaain what they were going to do and offered professional advice. The crew he had was professional and stayed with the project. They cleaned up cut the wood as I requested that I wanted to keep. I will consider them for any of the other services they offer.
