Wood Two Art

This is Mike & Steven and we want to tell you how we came up with the name of our business. Steven goes to martial art tournaments and breaks the Wood. There is Two of us that make the Art, "Wood Two Art", and that is how we came up with the name. Steven is a Martial Art Instructor and attends tournaments at his studio and in different states. We saw that the people at the tournaments were throwing the boards away, so we asked if we can have them for the fireplace. Then Steven asked if he could use my saw so that he could make something and he made a wolf that was howling and it took him 4 tries to get it done right. This has taught him a lot of patience and to slow down so that he can get the job done right the first time. The boards he breaks get recycle twice. We take the boards and designs different pictures on them, We also makes them into puzzles. The second time they recycle is when we make layered animals. We throw away very little. We started getting to many pictures and puzzles, we started going to art shows to sell what we made. Then we found out about Etsy.com we decided to open a shop. For every order that is place over $20.00 you will get a free layered animal. We have over 50 different animals, like pony, dragon, skunk, triceratops, and many more.
