They sub-contracted another moving company (Two Men & a Truck), and they guys came with a super small truck, not all my things fit, the dispatcher was in NY and was SO RUDE! He was yelling at me, at one point I even told him to go get glass of water then call me back when he was calmer. They took 12 hours because the dispatcher kept having them stop. They help my things at ransom because the dispatcher said I had more than I claimed for the estimate. They forced me to pay an extra $700, the movers did not complete the move until midnight and they were supposed to come back the next day to put the things together that they took apart; they never showed. they lost the hardware for my refrigerator, damaged furniture; just a HOT MESS. I have sent messages to them and they don't respond. The dispatcher made me open a Zelle account to pay, but it did not work (as I told him), he gave me the wrong account for Venmo, I had to call Venmo to cancel that transaction and do another. WORST EVER!!
