it went very well. We had just had a contractor remove our acoustic ceiling and replace it. we did not plan on getting carpet right away because of finances. we decided while all the furniture was moved out, we should go ahead and replace the carpet. we bought our carpet from a wholesaler who referred us to several installers. we called several who would not be available for a couple of months. when we called World Class Floors and explained the situation, they were happy to fit us in. <br /> they always showed up on time and the men were very professional. they had the job done in 2 days and it looks beautiful. <br />

We know they cut the carpet to fit and seamed the edges somehow but we cannot tell where the seams meet. Flawless like it was custom made for our room that was very large. Mr. O' Brien's staff was very courteous and professional and careful in moving our belongings. It was hard to tell they had even been there as they cleaned up the mess and all we had left to do was to pay them and enjoy our new living space. When we need to replace carpet or stretch our flooring we will be sure to call them back. Awesome job. <br />

I had the installation all done and complete in a timely manner so as to get the place up and ready for a new rental agreement. Larry was totally professional and was very flexible and accommodating to my needs and time schedule. The work was finished perfectly in the time frame we discussed. Including clean up afterwards. He met above and beyond all my expectations. <br />

The owner came out to my house with carpet samples. We chose carpet for my large basement. He also helped me match carpet I have on the second floor. Only the stairway carpet needed to be replaced and other dealers said that they could not match the carpet. Mr. Obrien match it right away, saving me having to replace the entire carpet on the second floor. He had lots of samples, the price was great, and the installation couldn't have goon better.
