Commercial Exterior Building Painting or Staining Service
Following on to Pete Z's review below. We hired Eric to spray-paint the exterior aluminum doors and frames of our 8-unit Brooklyn condominium. We paid a $1,250 deposit and scheduled the work for 9AM. Eric arrived more than two hours late, did not start until approximately 11:20AM, and left about an hour later after completing very little work. Eric later claimed he could not continue because one tenant only gave him an hour of access. However, that tenant had reserved a 9AM?1PM window, and the remaining units and common-area doors were available all day. Had he arrived on time, there would have been ample opportunity to complete the project. Most disappointing was the lack of communication afterward. Multiple owners attempted to discuss completing the work or receiving a partial refund, but our calls and messages largely went unanswered. We ultimately hired another contractor to finish the job. Based on our experience, I would not hire this contractor again.

If I were able to give zero stars, I would. There's too much to list that went wrong. Save yourself the headache of trying to get your deposit back and just find someone else. We even gave them opportunities to maybe paint our balcony floors instead of the job he was hired for which he clearly couldn't handle... figured easy enough right? Wrong! Disaster! Don't hire!!

I recently hired this company for a second painting project, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. About a month ago, they painted my balustrade and front door, and I was so pleased with the quality of their work, professionalism, and attention to detail that I hired them again to paint my kitchen and hallway. Both experiences were excellent. They were punctual, professional, respectful of my home, and completed the work efficiently while maintaining high quality. The finished results look beautiful, and it is clear they take pride in their work. Finding reliable professionals can be challenging, so when you find a company that consistently delivers quality work and excellent service, it is worth recognizing. Arrived to give estimate on all areas discussed for painting, install new interior doors(7), and minor sheet rock repairs (plastering). Agreed he could do the work in 5-7 days and agreed on a start date. 1- Work start date delayed 1 day because he stated his bank placed a hold on check (deposit pymt). 2-Arrived with 1 person to help him but he disappeared shortly after arriving. Stated he can't do doors if bottoms need to be shaved. REALLY 3-Stated and charged me an additional $300 to prime a ceiling because the paint wasn't taking out the "smokers" stains in the bedroom. Never have I ever experienced any painter (Professional) painting walls without priming them. He then stated the ceiling was wet and roof leaking in 4 spots. NOT TRUE. I called and paid a company to come out the next day and discovered he intentionally wet the ceiling and wanted to again charge me $300. He's a HUSTLER and the nerve of Angie as a company to vet him as a professional. NOT AT ALL. DON'T HIRE. DON'T HIRE

"Nancy you have water damage on your cieling needs to redo the cieling with plaster and rekill , my suggestion is replacing all sheet rock and after you fix your damaged roof! . If we offer any help besides painting it?s because we are kind we arent carpenters I told you this so we never even did that service for you.. besides that your paint job came out amazing we have pictures . My advice to you is minimize the smoking in your home . If leak isn?t fixed water stains will come back ."

Job was very expensive. I asked for a certain paint for the entire house and I think he only bought a couple of cans for the entire house and he mixed it with some other paint I did not want. In the beginning everything was going right, but then it started to fall to pieces when I noticed they were using the wrong paint color when they started my 2nd room. Eventually the job started to get sloppy and careless looking and Eric was missing in action most of the time. I paid a lot of money for a not so great job. I will never hire this company again, ever.
