The heater had been improperly installed by another company - NOT Worley and Obetz.  We have had W&O maintain the heater  for about 8 years, and they never alerted us to the problems with inadequate ventilation and covered air intakes, which led to overheating and melting of interior parts in the heater.  They replaced these parts last January, but still never told us there was inadequate ventilation in the heater room.  Now that we have a new company maintaining the equipment, we find that the heat exchanger is cracked, explaining the oil smell in the building (It's a church).  Since the heater hasn't been used since last winter, it was probably cracked last winter when the other parts melted and were repaired by W&O.  We aren't happy that there was no warning by the company doing the regular maintenance that the heater was not ventilated or installed properly.  They also failed to deliver oil once last year, and we needed an emergency delivery.  We've changed companies. <br />

Everything went well. Technician was very polite and personable. He was on time, left the place very clean and explained how the old boiler is holding up I have been using this company for years The company I used before them was sold to them and they kept on many of those employees. Wish they still provided a lock in price for heating oil for the season. <br />

They had installed the unit and were doing the yearly service so I called them to check the unit. The first thing the technician did was rip the disconnect box off the wall. I realize these things sometimes happen but he never fixed it. It was obvious he had no idea what he was doing. He began disconnecting and reconnecting wires and at one point he shorted something and sparks flew. He ended up stuffing everything g back in the box and walked away. This was the third consecutive time they were out and something went wrong. The last time they serviced my furnace and set it to run continuously. In my book, three strikes and you are gone. <br />

Everything went well.  It was a delightful surprise that the cost of the thermostat and installation was covered by our service contract.  In our home in Emmaus PA we recently needed a thermostat installed as well.  Even though we had a service contract the charge was $299. <br />

Contractor brought in all of the vacuum equipment needed.  They were very professional and did high-quality work.  They performed the service and cleaned up carefully when they were done.  They brought in their equipment carefully and left everything just as they found it - except for clean ducts!!  We were very pleased. <br />

The folks at W&O provide good old time trustworthy service. They say what they do and do what they say. <br /> When a problem arose on my job they altered the plan and provided a great response. I could not have expected more and would use them again in a heartbeat. Its nice to be able to trust that a business is always looking to do the fair and correct thing.Never once did I doubt their recommendations or the quality of their work. I was sold what I needed , no more, no less.

My entire experience with them was not good. The price was also high. They were not professional. The previous owners of our home were renting the propane from this company so when we bought the house I contacted this company to let them know we were the new home owners and to inquire about continuing to rent the tank and getting it filled.  When I spoke to them they let me know to continue renting it from them they would need to come out and before a test on the tank to ensure it was still working at a cost to me.  Once the test was done they would then be able to continue filling it.  They also advised I was welcome to purchase the tank.  I let them know that I wanted to put some more thought into before deciding.  When we purchased the house the owner had half a tank of propane that the previous owners had paid for that they included with the sale of the house.  Once it got cold and I went to go turn on the heat I found that the propane tank was no longer there.  I called this company to let them know something had happened to their tank and they said they had come and taken it.  As this was their tank I understand they had a right to the tank however the propane was ours and I asked for them to give the propane back and they refused.  I have spoken to many people at all levels of this company and even the previous owners of the home called and spoke to this company but we did not get the propane back.  I found it very upsetting that they would just come out and take the tank without giving us any notice, especially since it was getting cold out.  I was more than willing to do business with this company prior to all these events but now I am working with a different company.

We sought bids for installing a central air conditioner and we chose them for several reasons.  We like their quality, pricing, and competence.  What got them this job was that their bid was in line with our budget.  They did not know that so they didn’t try to underbid everyone else; their pricing was right.  I got a good sense that the salesman did not try to oversell us.  Some of the other companies oversold what we need.  He was able to show me the numbers and justified why he recommended the system that he did. The crew that is in the house is neat, clean, and tidy.  They are very personable and they are doing good work.  They are trustworthy characters that I would leave at home alone.  They’re always on time and have been here when they said they would be.  We will continue to use them; there’s a reason we keep going back.  They end up winning their business back.  They don’t realize that’s what they’re doing, but they do.
