This family owned and operated business was amazing! They took my calls and explained everything to me, sent me before and after pictures of their work, and the follow up and guidance was excellent along the way. Even though making a high dollar purchase at last minute was very stressful to me, both Bill and Rubecca kept me calm, treated me with respect and did everything to make the experience more pleasant! I would definitely recommend and would rehire their team.

Bill came out the same day, checked the unit, found a bad capacitor and some burnt wires. He fixed it and it's running perfectly now. I was amazed at how quickly this was handled. I will definitely use Worlock again and will recommend them to my friends.

Bill and his lovely wife Rebecca saved the day after our AC unit stopped working. They answered our urgent call and arrived within a few hours. Bill diagnosed the problem timely. He has over 30 years experience and it shows. He explained to us what needed to be done and also took pictures to show why. My air conditioning went off when I got back from a trip. Called multiple company’s and found out my compressor stopped working. Worlock air was the only one with a reasonable price and he showed me his previous work so I trusted him and am glad I did . The following day the owner of the company and his son came out and replaced my compressor for only $2500. The other company’s were double that price and couldn’t do it for a week. I was also amazed to see how clean an organized his sons van was!

I really like Bill the owner, he explained what the problems were with my old unit. Give me lots of information on several replacement units and didnâ t try to up sell. After doing some research on the internet I went with the brand he recommended. Installation went without any problems. I would highly recommend this company.

Bill and his crew were the most efficient, well trained team I have experienced in a long time. Each of the four member team had specific tasks and performed them with precision. Bill, as the owner, was a hands on participant and had his tasks. From start to finish it was about a 5 hour job to replace both the outside AC unit and the air handler inside. Unit was blowing air at just below 40 degrees before they left.

The workers could not have been more polite and considerate. Everyone involved worked together as if they respected each other. They left only when the job was completed to their satisfaction, even though a damaged part had to be replaced late in the afternoon .
