I called and set up an appointment. Showed up on time. Assessed the shy lights leaks and quoted a price. Workman showed up on time. Not only did he seal the skylights but sealed around all roof fixtures and cleaned the gutter. They went above and beyond what other companies would do. The price was reasonable and worth every penny. I highly recommend this company.

Worthmann Roofing completed a roof replacement in May 2022. In September 2023, a leak developed. They did a repair and ceiling patch. In August 2024, the leak recurred and their crew discovered rotted wood and mold. A storm also blew off several shingles. I reported the issues and followed up consistently. After months of no response, I sent a certified demand letter in December 2024. No reply. As of January 2026, Worthmann has gone completely silent. No repairs, no timeline, no accountability. I?ve filed formal complaints with regulatory agencies. Disappointing performance from a company that promises to stand behind their work.

Hunter and his crew did a very professional job on our roof replacement. They were a good clean crew of guys. They kept their job site, clean and organized. The quality of their work was excellent. I would definitely recommend them to someone else looking for a metal roof.

We recently had our roof replaced by Worthmann Roofing and Gutters, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The quality of the work was outstanding, the crew was professional, and everything was completed efficiently and on schedule. Hunter Gilland, the site supervisor, was fantastic—communicative, knowledgeable, and on top of every detail throughout the project. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Charlie and his team arrived ready to get right to work and found the problem causing my roof leak. They were efficient, thorough, and cleaned up at the completion of their work. Highly recommended.

I had them replaced the windows on my home and Ed did a great job. I had the sales rep price out 2 jobs, one he never did the other was priced out. I signed the contract and a few weeks later I call them and the materials were never ordered. Now i over paid them and its been 2 months and my money has not been returned. Good workmanship but accounting and sales is mismanaged.

Chad is a great example of great salesmanship. I was not going to purchase on that day, but Chad closed the deal. I feel I got a great deal even though they were not the lowest. Chad explained all the warranties and re-roof process. Chad called the next day to follow-up.. Great Job ! Chad I will follow-up with another rating on the install and that whole process. So far, So Good !

Horrible experience. They did a bad job on the original install. I found a bunch of holes in my attic afterwards. I had to fight them to get it fixed. 8 patches on a brand new roof. Ridiculous. The repair team that showed up was unprepared and had to use my tools all day. Had to babysit these guys to make sure I got good work. Now, Phillip Martinez refuses to answer my calls when the situation still hasn’t been rectified. If you already bought a roof from this company I highly recommend getting in your attic and checking your decking. These people give new meaning to the word unethical.

I got my roof done through worthmann, they were super professional and communicative during the whole process. My project manager Joseph was excellent and provided great service and assistance and I will be recommending services to everyone in surrounding areas

Buyer beware! Worthmann is only willing to do the bare minimum across it's business. Updating this review because things are even worse than we could have imagined. New roof leaked! AND, Worthmann gutters have failed in less than two years despite being cleaned monthly. Gutters caused a MASSIVE mold issue in our crawlspace because water from the roof was getting in and pooling instead of being diverted from the house as gutters are supposed to do. Gutters are uneven and 2" away from the fascia despite paying for seamless gutters because they didn't measure the lip of the roof to be shorter, allowing water between the gap. Caused the fascia and soffits to rot. 30k later (mold remediation and crawlspace encapsulation, not including the 26k for the roof), please get your Worthmann roof inspected by a 3rd party! This nightmare only gets worse. Now have mold issues in an autoimmune home! 3 inspectors and 3 other contractors all agree - the roof and failing gutter system are the cause of our pooling water in the crawlspace that have caused mold. What an exhausting and completely avoidable nightmare. Another reviewer said it best: this contractor is careless. If you want windows, gutters, etc. - hire someone who specializes in them. Not these hacks. Our major and very costly mistake.

This company did my roof. they are very careless and made following damages during their work. 1, They broken my irrigation sprinkler. the manager Philip promised to pay for the sprinkler's respire, but I never received the payment. 2. They broke my AC ventilation pipe. they sent an AC guy back to connect the AC pipe but left a big hole on the ceiling. I have called many times, they continue to refuse to come back fix it. 3. They leaned the ladder against the gutters and deformed them. The workers then just used their hands to push out the deformation. Now the gutters are completely broken and leaks water everywhere and floods the area in front of the house when it rains. I ask them to come back to properly fix it, and they refused to do so. I have called them many times. Initially they constantly state that the project manager, Ashley, is not available. When she finally called back, she says the manager, Philip, will call. Philip never called back. When I finally reached Philip, he had Savannah to call to get photos and videos from me. Savannah initially said she will send information to the warantee team. Two days later, Philip stated that they will not do the work to repair the damage. Most laughably, when I tried to reach them through their facebook page stating the damages they have done and not repaired, they deleted the post within two minutes and blocked me on facebook.

John McCuiston and his crew did a wonderful job in removing a metal roof over shingles and installing a new shingle roof. This was a historic home and they were very respectful in maintaining its historic nature. John was very good and timely in communicating issues they found…needed new wood, etc. Cleanup was excellent and the new roof looks great.

Worthmann Roofing installed a new metal roof on our home. There was a part that needed additional work but unfortunately, it rained before it could be completed and some damage was done. Worthmann Roofing FULLY STOOD behind their warranty and repaired the affected. Additionally, I would like to mention that the restoration company, Morales Restoration, was SO good. They cleaned, mopped and left our home clean and as good as of it had never happened. Last but not least, a special “Thank you” to Joey with Worthmann Roofing for your guidance in getting this done. We truly do appreciate it!

Adrian and Chaz were excellent. Their work, courtesy, professionalism, and being on time was 5 stars. They represented their company well. They also took effort not to harm my plants and any way. Highly recommend!

It was great they were there when they said they were going to be there and finished the job in half the time estimated without sacrificing quality. I owe it all to Donald Calvert our site manager who get things running smoothly.

I found the staff to be very professional and personable. Eli the manager was especially nice.

The finished product was fine. The company, and especially the owner, is completely unprofessional. Even his own salespeople admit that he should not be interacting with customers. When I signed a contract, we specified the location of the dumpster. When the dumpster was delivered, it was put diagonal across the entire driveway. I could not access the garage for the first 4 days of the project. The owner and the project manager both said it couldn't be placed straight, but the driveway is more than long enough. After much arguing and prodding, they finally had the dumpster relocated to where we agreed per our contract. When the dumpster was moved, it left huge scrapes in the concrete that won't come out. Drew Worthmann offered to pressure wash the driveway, and said the marks would come right out. I told him that I would welcome anything that could be done to remove the marks. Two months later, and nothing. When I updated my review on another site, Drew apparently saw that and was quite upset.He called me and was totally unprofessional. He referred to one of my neighbors as "bi-polar", and then claimed he never offered to pressure wash the driveway. He is only interested in good reviews, and not actually doing what it takes to earn those. He does not do what he says he will do. I would look elsewhere for a good roofer.

Our salesman Leon did a great job of explaining the entire process to us. We didn't go with the lowest quote we received, but based on online reviews and neighborhood testimonials, we chose Worthmann and we're so glad we did. The crew arrived on time and was extremely protective of our home and landscaping. Every bit of debris was carefully collected and properly disposed of. The old shingles were removed the day before a tropical storm blew through but the workers carefully made sure everything was covered and protected. The crew was back early the next morning checking on the roof and drying things off. They met all of my worries and concerns with patience and professionalism. The end result is a beautiful new roof and we are very pleased with the workmanship.

Started fine with a young very informative salesman. Then said sales guy quit the job to go find different work. Tried to talk me into using the roofing company he went with after the insurance company cut me a checkin worthmanns company name. I said no way, and I felt like I was being scammed. When i contacted the company a new sales guy took over my account. I had to resubmit all my paperwork multiple times from the insurance company both before and after the job was done. The actual work was fine minus picking up alot of leftover nails. After the job was completed it was the same problem with missing insurance quotes that were already submitted multiple times. I asked before the work was done to replace the fascia board and just to add it to the quote and I would pay the difference. Nothing was ever done to the boards so I just left it alone due to the lengthy process. Also after the roof was completed I had to go and caulk a area around the range hood vent since I had water leaking into my microwave. Once again I would have reported this but the whole process took months to complete so I saved the time by caulking it myself. Took multiple months to close out the paperwork. All in all it wasent a good process but I worked with them and gave them the benefit of the doubt it was a busy company.

Worthmann’s Roofing is a well oiled machine! From start to finish we received excellent service. Dave & Christy are a power team! The installation crew had everything done in a few hours and they were very professional. We will be doing business with them again for sure!

I highly recommend Worthmann. Everyone I had contact with as kind and professional and communication was constant. The roof install was quick to start and smooth from beginning to end. I chose a metal roof and couldn't be happier with the end product and Worthmann.

From Eli Ott (personal friend) through DJ Hardy (new personal friend), and the crew it was business that rose above just business. DJ was ever available, punctual, and appreciative of my questions and concerns. Given a pandemic, that contractors don't have magic wands, and they're not always in control of issues that are not up to them (first hand knowledge of the handyman blues). It couldn't have gone better, well maybe if it was free . . . but the price was reasonable and from observation the finished product was well worth said cost.
