They had to redo the closet and the 2nd attempt it was acceptable. They have terrible customer service communication and follow through. I had to initiate the communication to get things completed and the owner LIED and said he had been calling when they had not called nor texted (it?s a Business phone number they had for me, not my personal & the cell is never off as I?m on call 24/7). This all put a bad taste in my mouth with them. I wasn?t going to leave any feedback since I had nothing nice to say, but they emailed today requesting feedback so here it is.

My Wow Your Closet salesperson and the paperwork indicated that the job should take between 4-12 weeks. It was a small job: removing 5 wooden shelves from a 30"-wide, floor-to-ceiling closet, and instaling a cabinet-and-counter unit from Wow Your Closet. The job took 6 1/2 months. At the first attempted install, none of the parts fit. At the second attempted install, some of the parts fit. At the 3rd attempted install, a few more parts fit. Finally, at the 4th attempted install, the installers were able to finish the job. Through the 6 1/2 months, I called and emailed 30 times (I kept notes) and even visted the company in person to find out what was going on. Someone from the company called or emailed me back 12 times. After the install was finally complete, it took another 2 1/2 months (and several phone calls) before the promised post-install visit and inspection occured, and for me to finally received the promised warranty. The completed job is nice but the process was very ugly.

Everything about this company was excellent. The designer Robin spent a long time making sure the layouts were perfect for us. We did 9 closets and are extremely happy. High quality and excellent installation. Very nice people and very neat. I highly recommend.

We moved into a house with five empty closetsâ no hooks, loathes racks or shelves. WYC designed a system that made the most of the reach-in closetsâ space. In 6 weeks, we had our closets! The only downside was during the installation someone drove a screw into the side of a hall closet and it came out the bathroom wall.

I love the sturdy quality of the product and construction. The staff from the consultant to the builders were very professional and accommodating. They constructed the closet exactly the way theyâ ve rendered in the drawing. The crew was efficient, timely, and they cleaned up very well. I would hire them again for my next project.

They worked woth my proce range, built EXACTLY what I needed and didn't leave a mess. A father /son team did the install and salesperson was amazing. Will use them again anytime I need closet or shelving work done. Only bummed cost of Murphy Bed was too high for us.

The people we worked with explained about the possibilities of COVID related delays (production/delivery) so we were not disappointed when the materials arrived at the scheduled time. Then installer did an excellent job of both repairing the damage (from when our previous clothes rack collapsed) and then installing the new system all in one day! Amazing!

My closet is awesome!!!! Everything went great, from the initial consultation all the way thru installation. They have the best price out there however their services can compete with the other big names in the industry. Definitely recommend them.
