I contracted with Louis Perez for Bathroom remodel. The price quoted was $10000, Additional work needed to be done and he requested an additional $3500., which I aggreed too. The work was performed by a sub contractor who had difficulties in getting supplies from Mr. Perez. Work was completed on 7/9 and I gave final payment to Mr Perez on 7/10 with the understanding that the bathroom door needed to be finished ( paint or stain) I received an email from Mr Perez that the paint would not be available till 7/31 I have been patient but as of today 8/2 He has not responded to my texts.

Small local businesses like this set important examples. David is very serious about getting the job done. If he says he will get in done in 3 weeks, he means it. He didn’t ask for more money for supplies because it “wasn’t in the budget or estimate”. If I could give these guys 10 out of 5 stars I would.

We called a few different contractors to get and idea what it would cost us to renovate our kitchen. One quick conversation with Luis and we scheduled for them to see the kitchen to give us an estimate. Luis and David both took a look at my kitchen asked us questions to what we wanted exactly. No gimmicks and gave us what they said was a true turn around time to finishing everything up. From the skylight to the recommendations with flooring they were great. Everything is exactly as they said. Worth every penny put into our kitchen. Now my wife has her perfect kitchen. Now on to the bathroom. Will be calling W&P for the remodel!!!
