"If you look at your receipt (that you posted a picture of) we stood in your kitchen at your request and spoke to LG on your behalf and got the repair authorization for you. We spoke at length about the repair process and what it entails. That the process is usually 4-8 weeks through LG and that many customers in your position purchase a mini refrigerator or a 2nd refrigerator to get them by. We told you we are more than happy to do repair but it would be out of pocket and nothing coverd by LG. You chose to not pay the 900-1000 it would cost outside of the warranty. (Can't blame you it's a expensive repair and LG knows this) We then explained in detail that there was a class action lawsuit for your exact LG model for this exact issue. We even pulled up the link and wrote on receipt (look at top right corner) the number for the law firm handling the lawsuit. You didn't understand what to do, so our tech came and helped you start the process to file a claim. We came and tried to explain what steps need to be taken. The tech explain everything and answer multiple questions. Sadly we tried our best but even with LG on phone telling her and with a tech in her home explaining it all, she still doesn't understand we did tried our best. You are still responsible to pay for services even if you are unsatisfied with the outcome. You are responsible to pay for the labor, diagnostic fee and our technicians time. We do not offer free services. Not once have you called here to office to ask any questions or to request clarification on anything. We came out called LG for you, got you set up for a free repair though LG. Only thing you had to pay was a trip charge for us coming out and diagnosing issue and setting you up with a free manufacturer repair"
