Great job done.

Had to pester them to schedule a date, they didn't call ahead, I came home one day to see it had been done. Left no note or follow up. Noticed water spilling over gutters where it shouldn't in the winter. Finally got up there to inspect early June 2017 after noticing significant over-spill. 10+ missing/broken fasteners on my small ranch home. They fastened the downspouts to my house, but doubt they did any work in the actual eaves. Would not recommend unless I was there to supervise and the price was lower.

Went well, cleaned out the gutters so that I shouldn't have any issues during the next rain fall.

All work performed as promised, the results are good. Never met the people, everything was arranged by email/phone and the work was performed while I was at work. They left no trace - other than clean gutters!

Roof was clean and they bagged the leaves that came off the roof. They won't call if the phone number is not a Michigan number, even if you leave instructions to call before coming over.

Did work as requested and negotiated for extra work with gutters. Job was bigger than base quote but they were flexible in adding time to do this at a negotiated upcharge.

Gutters won't drain. Downspout clogged. I sent them a message about it and never heard back. Would not hire again.

I bought the groupon for $99 and entered times I was available. They never called or emailed, after a few weeks, I called them to schedule and noted that my house would probably exceed the $99 rate, and I wanted an estimate on how much extra. He said he could come out to look on Sunday (no time). He showed up while I was out, and left a voice message saying the gutters were more than the $99 and he needed to talk to me about the extra cost before he cleaned them. When I called him back, he said he already cleaned them, and I owe him an extra $50. I had my husband check to see if they were clean since he first said he wasn't going to clean them. Very confusing all around, lack of communication.

Mark was responsive and did a good job. Might use him on other roof / fascia projects.

When primarily communicated through text messaging, which is ok since I have a very busy work schedule and this form of communication tends to work best for me anyway.  When I tried to get him to put us on his schedule, he pretty much told me that I didn't need to be home when he came, and that he would be here when he got here.  That didn't work for me, especially because I we work 14 hour night shifts as RN's, and we didn't want a bunch of noise while we were trying to sleep, and more importantly I wanted to be here to make sure that they actually did the work that we paid for.  I had no plans of gettinh up on my two-story home to make sure that they did what they were supposed to do.  I waited 2 days for a reply, and finally got tired of waiting, so I texted back.  A couple weeks went by with this style of communication (me texting him, him not texting back until I texted again asking if he got my message).  This was beginning to get old to me and was just looking forward to getting it over with.  When I finally thought that we nailed down a time for them to show up, I came home from work and waited.  And waited, and waited, and finally gave up and went to bed.  I decided that if he showed up while I slept, oh freaking well.  I just want to be done with him.  When I woke up that same afternoon, I knew that they never came.  When I called him to ask why they didn't come as planned, he acted like he lost all of my information (including my phone number), and he was sorry.  I was at my wits end, but decided to go ahead and reschedule for the next day.  What else could I do?  I already paid for this service, and the fine print basically says that any problems with this transaction would be handled between me and them, Angies List would have nothing to do with it.  I was just about to call them again to raise h*** the next day when I finally hear them pull up.  Very unprofessional demeanor.  I actually caught him roling his eyes when I asked if they could also install a few gutter guards that just snap in (the deal was supposed to include small repairs), and reinstall a downspout that fell off of my house.  As it turned out, the portion of my house that I wanted the guards on already had them some installed.  Before they left, they threw the bag of refuse that they collected out of my gutters right into my garden.  <br /> I would NEVER ask them to come back for anything, and I wouldn't even recommend their service to any of my enemies!  Awful experience! <br />
