Satisfied customer. I'm pleased with the services offered by Wtech22 in July 2024, in Stamford, CT. Wilson resolved my unique central ac problem with a few solutions. He called me back the same day to address my needs. He was quick to diagnose the problem. He was knowledgeable and explained everything throughly. His team of 4 removed the old central ac unit and replaced with a new one all in one day. He was willing to work with a customer, his professionalism and courteous earned him and his team my five star rating!! Wilson is also very easy to talk to, making the experience more enjoyable. They ended up working late to finish the job, we provided dinner for the team to show our appreciation. With all that said I would recommend Wtech22 to my friends and family. You need to talk to Wtech22 first before other HVAC companies, and you won’t be disappointed!

Wilson of wtech22 is a lifesaver, we had the heat go out on a 25 degree day. He answered right away, came as soon as possible and was super knowledgeable about our system resolving the issue. Highly, highly recommended.

Wilson was extremely responsive to my request to replace two thermostats in the house; he updated me on the available options and brought thermostats that were a lot easier to program and use than my previous ones. He patiently checked out the wiring for each of the zones to be sure the thermostats would work...no small effort in an old house that's been "updated" over and over. Very knowledgeable, professional and took care of my problems. 5 stars for sure!

Wilson was fantastic! Very responsive. Came out to address an issue with my AC unit the same day I called. He was professional and made sure he took the time to investigate and truly address the problem. Very good quality to have, especially in a day and age where many of these contractors/technicians are quick to blow people off or perform low quality work/cut corners. I would definitely recommend him for your HVAC needs.

Wilson called me first thing in the morning after I had submitted the request the night before. I was so relieved to hear from him as our furnace was out on a very cold day! He promised to come that day, and did not disappoint us. We’ll call him next time for sure.
