It went well. The new unit generates more than enough heat for that area. Very satisfied with his work. This is the third time I have used WTPI. When I purchased this house the furnace was not working (we knew this), They installed a new furnace and a separate hot water unit, all natural gas. We had a water problem in the cellar, the furnace was ok but the electronic control for the water heater was damaged. They replaced this within hours. Have always had a good experience with this company.

Recently had a new steam oil boiler installed by Norm and Cory. They did a great job...got it done in a very timely manner. They were extremely professional, and everyone i dealt with at their company was extremely nice. They also installed a new WiFi thermostat, fixed a valve on one of my radiators, and leveled all of my radiators that weren’t level. I am very happy with All of the work done. They do a great job.

Everything was wonderful from start to finish. Norman and his staff were attentive and friendly throughout the whole process. We were given a quote and then took some time to get other quotes and secure financing. When we were finally ready to commit we let WTPI know and they had our furnace installed within a week! A few days later when the system needed to be balanced Norman was out that afternoon to get everything set up. He is very knowledgeable and made the whole process very comfortable and enjoyable. He explained everything very well and even invited us down to check things out every step of the way. I highly recommend WTPI for any job big or small. We will definitely use them again!

Norman Lee, owner of WTPI, spent 13 hours in my home ripping apart and “rebuilding” my four year old furnace. Three weeks later, four separate propane technicians as well as an entire local fire department informed me that whatever he did had rendered my furnace completely unsafe, unusable and unfixable. My family (myself, my husband, our two small children, two dogs and two cats) was without heat, in 10° weather, for a week while we waited for someone to replace our destroyed furnace. What should have been a simple, $600-ish job turned into a $2,500 complete replacement (of a nearly brand new furnace). Mr Lee has refused to return any of our calls. STAY AWAY FROM THIS IMMORAL CROOK!!!

My wife and I could not be more pleased with the work of WTPI Service. Knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly staff. When you hire a contractor there is always a fear of being taken advantage of by being over charged - WTPI is NOT one of those contractors; they set a fair price and do great work. The name of the company says it all: “We Take Pride In our Service” and they certainly do!! Thank you, Norman and Cory!

Norman and everyone that I worked with were professional and functional. I had been turned away from other companies due to the complexity of the project and age of the house. WTPI and I were able to work together to come up with a solution and every step of the way was very informative and all information was accurate and timely. Would definitely recommend.

WTPI is very reliable and professional but they can be expensive. I wanted to know why I had excess water in my basement. WTPI identified it as "hydraulic-ing" from the exceptionally high water table. However, after an inspection of less than 10 minutes I didn't expect to be charged $180, which included $90 for the diagnostic fee and $90 for labor and travel. Maybe this is average but it seemed high to me, especially since I thought it might have been related to a leaky pipe they repaired last month, which WTPI charged me over $1,000 to repair.
Response from WTPI Service
"This is in response to Mr. [Member Name Removed] regarding the service for water in the basement. We talked about the bill of $180.00 and adjusted it to $90.00 In response to the previous work being done on the Boiler which had a leaking pipe. We had to drain the system, remove several pipes to get to the pipe that was leaking, which required many special propress fittings, which required me to make several trips to the supply house, with four hours of labor, which justified the total price of $836.34."

The tech that came was very professional, courteous, clean, and efficient. I was so impressed by his work I will definitely use their service again, and call them first for any other services they could provide for me. There pricing was totally reasonable and fair, didn't feel like I was overcharged like some of those companies will do when they are dealing with a female client.

Norm and Cory went above and beyond my expectations. They stayed late and removed and replaced my oil boiler with a Weil McClain. They finished the job in one day so we would have heat and hot water. They were very professional, clean and courteous. Definitely would recommend this company for any of your heat and hot water needs!

WTPI exceeded all expectations and priced the job fairly, not nickel & diming you for trip charges etc. like F.S.

Overall the installation went very well. Mr Lee was very responsive to problems as they arose. The first problem was that before he left I noticed that the thermostat was not a programmable model and he replaced it on the spot. Then in the next few days I realized the boiler was not starting. He was notified and made some suggestions via text but when none of those resolved the problem he came out the next day and realized the factory shipping tabs had not been removed.

WTPI installed two radiators in my converted porch, however the initial quote he gave me seemed rather high, so I requested a revised quote in which the proposed radiators would be in the same zone as the adjacent room rather than have them on a new zone of their own. Mr Lee offered a revised estimate which I accepted and the work has been completed.
WTPI under the direction of Mr Norman Lee installed a new boiler in my house and added radiators where there had been none before, first in my kitchen and then in a den beyond the kitchen.
The installation of new radiators in the kitchen went well. The first problem was that the basement crawl space under the kitchen was a very tight squeeze, but Mr Lee himself managed to get in there to lay the pipes from the radiators and down through the floor out to the boiler.
The second problem was that there was a thick layer of insulation in the crawl space, which apparently made it impossible to drill holes through the floor down to the basement to connect with the boiler. So, to solve this problem the pipes were laid around the periphery of the kitchen, behind the refrigerator and the stove until they could be dropped through the floor. A wooden chase had to be built around the pipes so that they would be hidden from view and also be safe for my family. This had the unfortunate result of making my refrigerator and stove stick out a little bit because of the pipes running behind them.
I was informed that the extra day that was required to run the pipes around the periphery of the kitchen and build the chase would cost me an additional $1,600. I thought this was a little high so I asked Mr Lee to give me a breakdown of all the costs so I could understand the extra charges. Mr Lee said there had been an error and did reduce the extra charges to about $1,200, which I greatly appreciated, though a detailed breakdown was not provided.
Overall excellent work which I will use again for at least one additional home improvement projects.
WTPI came to the house and diagnosed the problem very quickly. Gave me a price to fix the old furnace and I ask him for a price for a new furnace. Do to they age of the old furnace we both agreed a new furnace was the way to go. I found Norman and his staff to be professional and pleasant to work with. They got the new furnace up and running in about a day and a half.
