Jake was extremely professional and experienced when I had a family of racoons in the attic he is extremely delicate with the animals to ensure they are safely removed un harmed and released back into the wild. On top of his professionalism he's a fun person to be around while explaining every step of his work and telling funny stories of other wildlife catches. You will not be disappointed with his work or his character He is reasonably priced as well compared to others I researched 10/10
