WAGERS WILDLIFE REMOVAL LLC

1 star. I paid Wagers Wildlife Removal $2,219 for a Mouse Seal Up at my 76-year-old mother's home, sold as sealing gaps and cracks 1/2" or larger to prevent mouse entry, with a lifetime warranty. Mice are still getting into her home. The general manager confirmed in writing that the technician saw gaps along the bottom trim and chose not to seal them. Instead of finishing the job, the company quoted me $1,300 more to seal the trim, with payment required before they'd schedule it. When I said I would file a complaint, they withdrew the estimate entirely and said the owner made that decision. Their lifetime warranty only covers the specific items they installed, not whether the job actually keeps mice out. If you're hiring them for an older family member, get the exact scope in writing and ask what's excluded before paying.

Highly recommended

I couldn't find anybody to take care of my animal issue until I called Jake Wagers, and he not only solved my issue, but he also gave me some advice on how to keep animals out and to stop buying exotic animals.

Wagers was knowledgeable, helpful, and to the point. He knew how to identify the droppings left by our guests, and where to look for their entry points. After sealing those off, we've had no more issues with wildlife invading our home. Highly recommend, and will use again for all of our wildlife needs!

Jake was extremely professional and experienced when I had a family of racoons in the attic he is extremely delicate with the animals to ensure they are safely removed un harmed and released back into the wild. On top of his professionalism he's a fun person to be around while explaining every step of his work and telling funny stories of other wildlife catches. You will not be disappointed with his work or his character He is reasonably priced as well compared to others I researched 10/10
