They are an excellent company. It was absolutely perfect. The cost was expensive because my husband wanted something very specific, but it was reasonable because it was very good leather. The cost was high, but worth it. I'm sure we could've got a better price, but you have to look at the quality.  <br /> <br /> They were friendly and receptive to all of my husband's demands. It was very clear what was expected from them and everything was fine. It turned out beautifully.  <br /> <br /> We have used their services multiple times.

This is the second time Dan has repaired furniture for us. His work is exemplary! We couldn't be happier. The table looks like new. The repair was done quickly and the price was very fair. We will never use anyone else for furniture repair or refinishing! He's the best.

The owner had my recliner fixed in less than 4 hours. I was very pleased with the repair time. The owner understood how important this was for me and made it a priority.

We had 6 chairs reupholstered and repaired. Some of the chairs were in really bad shape and 3 of the chairs were not even able to be sat in. Mr. Kim did a fantastic job putting the chairs back together and reupholstering them. Now I will have my dining room set for a very long time.

Dan was on time with both pick up and delivery, and was courteous and professional. He provided an incredible amount of fabric from which to choose. Both pieces were in rough shape and both now look new again! Great work. Real pride of craftsmanship. I would definitely use him in the future.

It went very well.  He promised the chairs in 7 to 10 days and it only took about half the time.  The owner was punctual and he called when he was going to be late.

Dan Kim was absolutely amazing. Not only did he come to my house to pick up the pillows and cushions, he also met me halfway so I wouldn't have to go all the way out to Manassas to pick them up and they were ready. The pillows were ready on time as he stated and he even followed up after I got home to ensure that everything looked OK. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has any furniture repair needs. My couch is 10 years old and I really feel like I could go another 10 based on the work he's done.

I had to take the cushions to Mr. Kim's shop. He refilled all the cushions. When finished, I picked up the cushions and brought them home. My couches and chairs now feel like new and are very comfortable to sit on. His work is professional and his work is done to perfection. I would definitely use him again. <br />

<p>We managed to break a lower kitchen cabinet door by walking into it when it was open.  The framing wood was split, and in one place the front panel lamination was torn. I took it to Mr. Kim, and he repaired it so well that you would have to know the defect was there and look very hard to realize that it had ever  been damaged. He also gave me an Angie's List discount. This wasn't fine furniture, it was a builder-grade cabinet door made of a thin plywood slab with an oak frame.  My only slight complaint was that he didn't call me when it was ready, but I had just gotten busy and hadn't called him back either. It is a little hard to find his office in the business park because it is congested and my GPS was a little confused, but I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Mr. Kim with any furniture of any quality/value in the future.</p> <br />

. Great job. I love the way they look!  It took 6 weeks but that was in the promised time frame. We had trouble getting in touch with Mr. Kim at first. Phone call works the best. He was very responsive after our initial connection. I am so pleased with the fabric and work! Price included the cost of the fabric. Would definitely use him again! <br /> <br />

They reassembled and sanded all surface areas until the water damage was removed, then finish sanded, reassembled and refinished the table.  I was hoping for a servicable table, instead I picked up an amazingly beautiful ... mostly better than new table.  I couldn't have been more impressed with their work.  Really remarkable!  The before and after pictures would blow you away. <br />

I was asked to bring chair to the Pro Furniture shop, which I did.   Everything went smooth when I arrived and the chair was ready to my satisfaction on the date promised for  a very fair price (no extra charge attempted). <br /> <br />

This company is excellent for top quality work and if you care about details. If you are looking for cheap or very fast, you may want to look elsewhere. But we have furniture we care about and the way he handled our furniture and the order showed he is a craftsman and a professional first. Very impressed and happy with the results. The chairs were carefully taken apart and and completely rebuilt. <br />

Dan Kim the owner of Pro Furniture Doctor is a STAR!  His work is meticulous with great attention to detail.  Dan is highly skilled at refinishing & reupholstering.  I needed some guidance with my project and his recommendation was "spot on."  Dan really enjoys his craft and it shows.  Dan has a loyal clientele who would never use anyone else.  The cost of my project was more than reasonable.  Dan can add me to his list of loyal customers. <br />

Excellent look; fabric is beautiful; very professional job; took extra care in finding the right size buttons for the back of the chair; even suggested refinishing the legs which were painted; now the maple wood shows through.  Only complaint is the chair is a little noisy when you sit on it - perhaps it is stiff with the new padding and fabric <br />

When the chair was examined, he said he would need to perform structuctural repair, raise the swivel and re-dye the leather arm. He priced the work accordingly to which I agreed with the estimate. When I picked up the chair, I checked it to see if it worked properly but failed to turn the chair over to see what work was actually done. If I had, I would have seen that he had raised the swivel but not made any structural repairs. As a result I should have asked that the price be reduced accordingly since it had been priced based upon doing all of the proposed steps. Perhaps if he had simply told me that he thought he would have to do more than he actually did but when he took the base apart he was able to fix the problem with less work. After all, fixing the problem was the top priority but honest communication would have been a nice addition to the process. As for the chair, after seven months of use it continues to function very smoothly. <br />
