"My crew and I completed the project during the time frame we gave Mr [Member Name Removed] . The start date got pushed off due to mr Kanes closing. As soon as I was notified of the official closing date my crew and I started the project the next day and completed it within the 3 day window we gave mr [Member Name Removed]. Once the project was completed we notified him that the garage door should be closed therefore the foot prints on his driveway occurred after we completed the project. However my crew and I attempted to remedy the problem for him even tho we did not cause the footprints. I followed up with mr [Member Name Removed] to ensure that the problem was handled. And did not receive a response. Almost 1 month later is when mr [Member Name Removed] notified me about the bubble on his floor I responded and asked for a picture of the bubble. And did not receive a response until over a month after that. I then responded, and had not heard from mr [Member Name Removed] since . My crew and I completed the project on time. Showed up to the job site at the time we told him. And was very communicative with mr [Member Name Removed]."
