We have paid for two mini split units and one ac handler with ductwork in the attic. Communication and response has been difficult and the work has not been finished as of this day (1/1/2023). I have contacted David by phone and text many times. Responses have not come from my latest messages. We have gone through a very cold spell and the heat for the attic unit it is not working’ blew circuit breaker; 12 gauge wiring got hot. One electrician told me that 12 gauge wire was insufficient for 220 v installations. Wyatt ran 12 gauge wire for all three units. A drain from the attic unit was supposed to be piped to the ground, but water flows down the side of the house. This is very disappointing. The cost of this installation was $12,000. It always seems that another job takes precedence over our job. We are not going to have to spend $2,000-3000 to finish the work

Awesome experience with Wyatt’s HVAC and home solutions. My HVAC unit was over 10 years old and not cooling properly David diagnosed the problem and recommended a new 2.5 ton 15 seer unit, the price was very reasonable compared to others folks I got quotes from. He replaced my system within 2 days of me signing up with him. He was timely and very courteous, I recommend his service would not call anyone else for HVAC needs.

It was nice to have a honest person doing work on my home. He was fast to come out and bid the job, and said that he would come out the next day to fix it. He bet his arrival time and got started right away. After the job was completed he checked his work and picked up the work site. This guy will answer all your question and does great work at a fair price. You will not be disappointed.

My AC isn't working so I called Wyatt Home Solutions for a diagnosis of my unit. He showed up and told me that my compressor was bad and I almost flipped a lid worried about the cost of this repair especially on this very hot day, but David assured me that servicing the unit would take only about thirty minutes and to my surprise I heard the fan kick on a little bit ago and has started cooling my house down to a normal temperature of 75 degrees. I really appreciate the prompt and honest nature of this tech and highly recommend him to anyone in need of good service from a reputable and reliable company. I will be using him for any future repairs to my AC. So should whomever is reading this review.Thanks again to Wyatt HVAC & Home Solutions for the awesome service on this very hot day.
