We hired Wylie P & C to do a full gut & remodel on a small full bathroom in my daughter?s newly purchased condo in Seattle. I am on the east coast so I was nervous about the many things that could go wrong trying to coordinate the renovation from so far away. Turns out, I did not need to worry. Within minutes of meeting Al & Dusty we had a major issue. The deadbolt to gain access to the unit decided to fail. Instead of saying, call me when you get this sorted out, they spent hours of their valuable time trying to gain access. When that was not possible, they called the locksmith and replaced the deadbolt. True gentleman! That was the theme throughout while working with Al & Dusty. Whenever we came across issues in the unit that needed to be addressed, they were quick to offer solutions and take care of them. The project/projects were done on time and within budget quoted. They helped make her house, that definitely needed some TLC, a home and we are truly grateful.

Wonderful to work with and beautiful results. They added a second floor to my house with the new primary bedroom and bathroom and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you for all your hard work

All of the experiences I've had with the Wiley's have been positive, that's why we continue to call them for all of our construction needs. They've worked for us at our business building out a warehouse, fixing and painting our home and finally doing an entire full gut remodel of my current home, a condo in Edmonds. I really appreciate their communication, they keep you informed throughout. My go to for work in my home and business. Honest, Nice and Dependable are the words I would use describe these guys.

Job went very well. They were very professional and always were on time. Very easy to discuss things with and very knowledgeable on the remodeling process. If I could give 10 stars I would because they made it such a pleasurable experience. I would recommend them to anyone who has any plans of remodeling anything in your home.

We had Wylie Painting and Construction remodel our outdated kitchen. We are super happy with the end result and would highly recommend their company. They were always responsive to any questions I had and did the work in the timeframe that we needed it done.

Appreciated the directness of the owners. Explained the options and costs associated with each, as well as pros & cons. The only delay, was due to me changing my mind on a finish. Once the change was made, it was completed easily.

This company did a fantastic job on my kitchen remodel and opening up a wall to my living room for a great room feel. They were professional, always on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. Al was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions and any concerns I had. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest and reputable contractor.
