Overall the job went well with a few minor problems easily fixed. After replacing the hot water tank, I found a leak in on of the joints. I contacted Mike and he was quick to come back and fix the problem.

Great he is a very hard worker and very clean with his work. He had to take out the old tiles in the shower, and is got the others tiles half done. Tiles are done and grouted, has to dry and put new toilet in, still had a few more things to finish. The project is completed, and a very great job. He was very good and clean. He also took all debris away. I would highly recommend this business.

Excellent work,made sure everything was working fine before leaving.I had diverters with springs in the back of them for a long time.I did not like them as they would break all the time.Cheap plastic.Brass valves and full turn knobs were put in.I love the new set.It is sturdy and will last a long time.Also a tub water stopper and a new over flow was put in along with new plastic pipe under the stopper.The stopper is great.All you have to do is step on it for water to go down or stay up.Very professional attitude.On time to do the work.Cleaned up after the job was done.Will hire for other work in the future.

Mike arrived on 11/15 and simply connected the previously leaking water line. Initially, it did not leak, I paid him $100 cash and he assured me his wife would send me a receipt via email. I never received a receipt. He GUARANTEED me the line would no longer leak. After pushing the refrigerator back into the cabinet surround, the line began leaking again. He agreed to return on 11/16 to replace the line, however he was unable to show. He agreed to return on 11/19, but failed to show. Mike has not returned my calls or texts requesting a refund. Unreliable and unprofessional. I will pursue through legal channels to get my money back. Do not hire this company!

"This is not quite how this transpired, client called about a leak which was fixed, he then asked to set up time to change line to better quality, when I tried to change appointment from 5pm to 6pm client gave attitude and said I should be more responsible than that. I told him to hire someone else! And continue to do our best to please our customers!"
