Super experience- completely professional, very efficient, no fuss, no BS. He came in and did a great job, and it is perfect! A very difficult space and it was no problem for Brian at all. This was a perfect and I recommend him without reservation. And enthusiastically.

He arrived on time, the electronics were hooked up however, he didn't sync up the remote and didn't hook up the telephone. He said he was going to charge me $200 + $25 for a new cable. He ran my credit card for $250.00 and didn't send a receipt. I texted him about the issues and he did not respond. Would not recommend him. Worked over and over charged.

I had a local top shelf home theater company that had done work installing original TV and equipment. I needed a new Blue Ray and routers or modems, I forget. They came in and installed for $1500. They could not get TV internet to pull up Netflix and Amazon etc.  After an hour of trying to figure out the problem, the tech tells me that I have to get my Internet provider to put in another piece of equipment and this would cost a lot. Bryan had done some work on my computer; I knew he was now into TV installation and I called him. Bryan talked to the tech over the phone and after an argument, the tech took Bryan's advice and exchanged the upstairs piece of equipment with the downstairs. Tech had them mixed up. Voila. Bryan then came over and hung the bigger TV after I refused to let home theater company techs do any more in my house. Too expensive and not brilliant. <br /> <br /> Bryan is bright, informed, explains this equipment to someone who is getting lost in new technology.  He is a perfectionist.  Equipment is hung straight and clean and it looks so good. <br /> <br /> Bryan was also named one of Home Advisor's top companies last month.  He works hard.  He is trustable.  He does not feed me a lot of nonsense, which is becoming common in customer service these days.

I am a designer and my clients often time turn to me for help with issues in their homes not necessarily related to design. I was contacted about a problem with a primary clients audio visual system that has been ongoing. I have used Bryan over the years for any of my computer related problems and so I was comfortable in bringing him in to resolve the issue at hand. He was able to do so and made everyone happy. He is well mannered neat in appearance and thorough in his work. My reputation to my client is most important and I will not recommend anyone that would damage it. I have no fear in recommending Bryan. This particular client will be using Bryan to revamp his entire audio visual and sound system in the near future.

Some of work was fine, but did items I didn't request.    <br /> Final trip did sloppy work and did not have proper materials. <br />

Hung a 65" flat screen on my living room wall.  Bryan had all the equipment and necessary hardware and wiring.  He was prompt, quickly assessed the installation and completed the work in an extremely competent and timely manner.  Best of all he was neat and cleaned up.  I was very impressed with his expertise and craftsmanship.  The installation is perfect...right height and positioning. <br /> .I also had Bryan do a quick check on my laptop. Most impressed with his knowledge and honesty.  The laptop is over 4 years old but Bryan assessed that no work was needed at the present. <br /> He is punctual and most anxious to have satisfied customers.  We will have him back and highly recommend his services. <br />

He was excellent, very honest and the price was great, he was also very knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone.

Bryan is our IT Department! We honestly could not run our business with him.  He always answers his phone or calls back <br /> immediately.  He helps us remotely and/or he will make a “house call!”  For example, we are in the estate sale business and one Sunday our cash register system went down.  He came out immediately and put it back on line! Literally, we call him all the time with every kind of tech question! <br />
