Restoration 1 was a life saver! I had some mold in my bathroom where previous contractors had quoted me three times the price of Restoration 1. Restoration 1 handled the job professionally and even reduced the scope of work that was required once starting the demolition and seeing that the mold damage was less than what we thought previously. I would hire them again in a heart beat. Trust worthy and professional!

Had a leak and a mold build up in the living room wall due to a pipe leak to the upstairs room. Restoration 1 were able to fix the leak and clear the mold. They also identified another leak in the kitchen and fixed it during the same time frame. The crew was on time and very professional. They were sensitive about the inconvenience the repair causes and finished up on time. I would highly recommend Restoration 1.
