Good communication. Found the issue and resolved it. Gave me the cost upfront after diagnosis. It was slightly higher than estimated before coming out. Very happy with the results.
Technicians were very professional. In addition, they came out to fix my dishwasher the same day I called, which was an unexpected bonus. And they resolved the problem with my dishwasher for a reasonable amount of money. It was a good experience.
I called in reference to my diswasher not draining, it ran but would not drain. I was told that the computer panel was not telling the pump to drain. I purchased a new dishwasher for several hundred dollars and once installed the new dishwasher would not drain. I called him to let him know and he stated that he had told me that it could be that the pipes needed to be cleaned. He never mentioned anything other the motor was not working. It happend to be a plug on the disposer that had just been installed. So needless to say I purchased a dishwasher that was not actually needed. Other than a missed diagnosis they called quickly and were on time.
I explained to you exactly on the phone what was the problem with your machines and I have the proof of receipt that I sent you later when you asked me, it is not my fault that you did not pay attention to what I told you.
