"Heather received the estimate promptly along with her husband. We installed the system over the winter and as a group with the homeowner decided to turn the system on for the first time in the spring. Upon arrival, we completed turn on and discussed and taught the controller to both homeowners. Shortly after we needed to return to add two sprays in the veggie garden. We installed those sprays and both homeowners were very pleased and paid in full. There was an adjustment needed for a couple of sprays and when Heather was not able to contact Doug (on vacation) she started getting upset rather than calling the office at 513-779-6850. We returned to make the adjustments and everyone was pleased with service tech Danny. Not sure why Heather has issues other than not contacting Doug.As of June 2023, the husband called and he has no issues, so this could be a struggle between both homeowners. The system operates fantastically, and an adjustment or two after installation is normal. Not sure why Heather feels there are issues. Mr. is pleased, and Mrs. is upset could not contact Doug."

Our record stands on its own with Angies and ensures our strong relationship with Angies referring our business to homeowners continuously, and has been for 15 years all the way back to Service Magic, then Home Advisor, and now Angies. Our business installs and services 2500 systems annually which lends itself to many opportunities for reviews. In any given year, we could have over 2500 phone calls and requests for installs and service. This number is a reflection of our durability and likeability in our industry with no complaints filed. For that, we are proud. There are two sides to every story, this review is no different. (6/11/22) We responded immediately for an install estimate and promptly provided an estimate and in fact made several trips to the property. The customer was advised of his start time for installation, in fact, we tried to push it up prior to his vacation. However, we maintained 2.5 mo. lead time last year as the industry was sold out. He did not want us to install it while he was on vacation when we wanted to. The customer then maintained his position in the production schedule as promised and as is our policy. We continuously keep him updated proactively when he called. He canceled two days prior to our installing the system. We have never had a cancellation in 21 years, we agreed to refund his deposit.
