Poor customer service, poor communication skills, and did not provide a diagram of installation for future repairs. I feel like he had taken advantage of my kindness and the many chances I had given him to make it right. The job had not been finished yet since the starting date of 03/23 despite the fact that he had been paid in full $810.00 he is not willing to resolve and is very difficult to get him to answer and communicate

When Omar called me, we discussed what I needed and he gave me his estimate and said that he could come over in a few hours. I said fine and he took care of my problem. He was very nice, and quick to finish the project.

I went to HomeAdvisor/Angi for good recommendations on a Security Camera installer, important to me is advice and creative solutions to minimize holes on house to avoid moisture instrusion, etc. I had a few calls my choice was Omar. (the others were showing off their credentials which is like to me not a good sign).. I also checked extensively the reviews. So as not to commit I initially asked for advice on camera placement and price quote. Omar was professional, we could tell he had pride in his craft. I also asked for Cat 6 wiring because my Lorex camera came with Cat5e, for the best communication, and I got it too. The attachments against the outside wall looked very professional and clean. I had 4 cameras and Omar was able to efficiently utilize camera angles and minimize the wall extrusions. I am really pleased with his work. I will recommend him to anyone who asks for my opinion! Omar came over and fixed everything in a trip that was supposed to be just for putting together an estimate. I am somewhat savvy but retreat when it gets complicated. Totally reasonably priced. Following up to do some more work.

Omar is very professional, creative and and precise. He did an excellent and clean job for mounting a 55 inch TV (using Mantelmount Mm540 TV mount) on a new fireplace with a reasonable price. Highly recommended .
