He was very personable at the beginning, I paid down payment Aug 13th, he had 2 no show no calls Last one on Sept 12th, He has not contacted me as to when he is going to do the project.

We were undertaking a somewhat extensive residential project. After 20 years it was time to revamp. While we had some very specific likes and dislikes we were not at all sure of the whole scope. Luis listened to what we envisioned and took the necessary steps to make it happen. This included removal of the existing, ground prep, planting over 140 shrubs, bushes, perennials and grasses, edging and landscape rock. We worked with one of his designers who produced a beautiful plan which incorporated both our preferences along with his recommended selections while ensuring necessary conditions were considered. Luis was very knowledgeable and professional and at the same time extremely easy to work with. He and his staff took great pride in their work. Great attention was given to detail. They were polite and courteous. We are amazed that the project was completed in 3-1/2 days. We would give the overall project an A+ rating.

Luis and his crew are awesome in all areas: customer service, professionalism, great and detailed performance, knowledge and value. My husband and I really needed help and they came through. They are officially my lawn care team! Thanks guys!

Luis and his crew are very conscientious and are hard workers. They really helped my husband and me with installing 6 new underground gutter/downspouts to keep water away from the foundation of the house. We had contacted other companies and no one would do this important job. They also removed large areas in the backyard of rubber mulch and river rock, trimmed bushes and weeded all the planting beds. They edged all the grass which defined the planting beds before they put down new mulch. They laid topsoil where the rubber mulch and river rock were removed to now accept grass seed. They moved some of the river rock to an area alongside the garage and put weed control mesh underneath. They also used a product on the beds before mulching to help control weeds. They were prompt and worked around some bad weather we had. Luis also shared that they do landscape lighting. We are very thankful Luis and his team were able to help us with so many of our outdoor projects-you will be too!!!

Luis ROMO and crew did an excellent job adding curbing, fabric, and mulch on a sizable downward slope toward my pond, so I don't have to mow it ever again. It is beautiful.
