Our furnace/heat pump is just a year old so there were no issues, thus the four stars for value for money.

HC did an excellent job pricing and installing our new furnace, which made quite a difference in our indoor air quality pretty quickly.

HC Heating and Cooling checked my furnace on Monday January 6,2020 and found a defective part. The serviceman told his office would contact me later that day and make an appointment to replace it.The young lady in the did not immediately contact me due to a family emergency. She did call me on Thursday morning and made arrangements to replace the defective part for Saturday morning. The serviceman showed up on time,a very polite young man named Alex. He replaced the part and tested the furnace in less than an hour,made sure I was satisfied before he left. And due to delay,HC Heating and Cooling did not charge for the service call. HC Heating and Cooling was a pleasure to deal with and I shall not hesitate to call them again for my furnace tune-ups. Thank you Alex and HC Heating and Cooling...

I had to replace a heat pump and air handler. I got 6 bids and chose Hood Canal Heating and Cooling, because they provided the best value. I wanted Trane equipment and they came out and gave me bids on 3 different systems. They were very knowledgeable and courteous. The system was installed a few weeks later with no problems. Again, these installers knew what they were doiing and completed the job in 1 day. I would definitely hire them again.
