Worse case scenario for a horse farm! No water early on a Sunday morning! I called Well Dr. 24/7 emergency service and Eric, arrived at our farm within an 2 hours of our call. Our submersible pump had to be replaced for us to have water. The whole job was completed by 3pm! Eric was professional, competent, respectful and efficient in his work, by himself! I am very pleased with the job and the emergency response of Eric! Would highly recommend to anyone with a well for their water usage!

This was an Emergency well installation since my old failed. The company was courteous, professional, and very helpful in all the steps and inspections required to complete my new well installation. The Well was drilled 4 days after calling, the pump, and the pressure tank installed the next day.

From the time of contract to completion we were in routine contact. Once drilling started progress increased rapidly and the pump and pressure tank was installed in two days. Most of the delay was waiting on the county and due to the current crisis. Some minor issues noted by the Inspector but were quickly corrected.
