Worse case scenario for a horse farm! No water early on a Sunday morning! I called Well Dr. 24/7 emergency service and Eric, arrived at our farm within an 2 hours of our call. Our submersible pump had to be replaced for us to have water. The whole job was completed by 3pm! Eric was professional, competent, respectful and efficient in his work, by himself! I am very pleased with the job and the emergency response of Eric! Would highly recommend to anyone with a well for their water usage!

This was an Emergency well installation since my old failed. The company was courteous, professional, and very helpful in all the steps and inspections required to complete my new well installation. The Well was drilled 4 days after calling, the pump, and the pressure tank installed the next day.

Eric and his partner did an amazing job fixing my well system! They made sure I understood the process and gave me so much peace of mind!

From the time of contract to completion we were in routine contact. Once drilling started progress increased rapidly and the pump and pressure tank was installed in two days. Most of the delay was waiting on the county and due to the current crisis. Some minor issues noted by the Inspector but were quickly corrected.

regarding a private well on a house I purchased that was empty for over 1 year that my inspector found bacteria in the water. When their office called me, I had questions, they told me one of their techs need to call me back to answer them. I gave a phone number and hung up, within 5 minutes my phone was ringing with the tech who answered my questions in detail BEFORE knowing I was hiring them. I set an appt, he was the second of 3 companies I called for estimates. Funny thing was he was the only one to come to the house. The others just quoted me prices for elaborate systems(with equally elaborate prices). WD came and tested the water and found I really only needed a softener and a sanitizer. I opted for a UV system... this saved me a lot of money. They gave me a free chlorination just because the pipes probably also had bacteria. The installation team arrived on schedule, it's a father/ son business, which I respect. They were very nice and helpful and professional. They also checked my well and pump and made some recommendations but didn't gloom and doom anything. Finally we noticed the next day how nice the water felt in comparison. Definitely would recommend in the future.
