We are very impressed with XCC and their team. Our property is very challenging and there was now solid ground where the deck was being installed. XCC built us an amazingly beautiful and solid retaining wall. We absolutely love our deck. They even went ahead and added an extra landing for my elderly mother to take a rest on. We will definitely be calling them again when we are ready to update the deck on the main house.

Well, they did for someone who did some more for us last year and I want to see if he’s gonna honor warranty on it because I have a problem with my slider door which I knew was going to happen, but I didn’t say anything at the time because of things and things and things sighhhhh Such beautiful work one way and yet sloppy the other.. But that’s the blame on his workers, not himself as a person, but he shouldn’t approve everything that they did and finalized. As soon as he takes care of my flight door, and he fixes the problem and a couple of other problems that he needs to fix I will change my rating, but in the meantime it stays.

Professional company. Needed a new roof. Harvey showed up on time, was easy to work with. Gave a fair reasonable estimate. Scheduled the job to be preformed. The guys showed up on time. I have seen many roofs replaced in my years and this company was so fast, efficient, professional, courteous. They cleaned up my entire property when the job was completed. I have other work to be done and have already retained this company to preform this work.

Left fence with up to 8” gap between fence bottom and land. Promised to fill with loam and reneged on his promise. See photos.. The owner was hardly here so workers did what they wanted which created bad workmanship. Put lock on fence door backwards, wouldn’t comeback to fix it because he’d have to replace the 4x4 pole so we have to suffer. Top of railings not all sanded, I got a huge sliver from one area now I have to be careful. Needs to be finished. Workers put bad boards with knots in them, he replaced some but wouldn’t do the rest so again I have to suffer. $55,000.00 + worth of construction done not to fix. Slider door is crooked. Just things that could have been avoided if only he was here to correct the issues. Theres more but I’ll leave it to your judgement.

XCC Pro Builders exceeded my expectations. Xavier was super knowledgeable and was able to complete all the jobs on time. He has great attention to detail and would not stop until it was done perfectly. I am hiring him again to redo my driveway. Great company.

Xavier and his team completely brought my water damaged condo back to better than new condition. He is easy to reach for concerns or questions. The teamwork in removing and replacing my granite counters before/after the hardwood flooring was replaced was something to watch. They deserve higher score than is offered!

I’m generally not one to write reviews however when the experience far exceeded my expectations I believe in giving credit where credit is due, especially when it comes to small business owners. When I began the process of getting quotes to build my 2 car detached garage back in March, the most important factors for me in selecting a contractor were price, competence/quality of work, and trustworthiness (not necessarily in that order). Xavi, the owner of Xcc delivered on all three from start to finish. From the original quote which was fully itemized to show every last detail of the build to the final piece of trim installed, Xavi’s commitment to the job and open and honest communication style was exceptional. Xavi is a perfectionist, so if something isn’t 100% he won’t rest until it meets his standards - his crew is fantastic as well. Entering into a project of this size and cost can be a little intimidating given the amount of risk assumed by the homeowner and potential what if scenarios that can play out, ultimately will the builder will do what he says he will in the agreed timeframe? Xcc Builders will because Xavi is man of character who takes great pride in his work and fully understands the impact integrity has on his business’s reputation and long term success.

Xavier and his team were excellent to work with. No BS on the quote, permit, plans, etc....They showed up on the day they said they would and even helped me take my grills off the existing deck before tearing down (they put it back up at the end too!). The inspector that came out even inspected on how well built the deck was. XCC built us a beautiful trex deck that our family will be able to enjoy for years. Thank you Xavier and team!

XCC Pro Builders is an excelleny company. Xavier, the owner, is extremely professional and made sure to go above and beyond to provide a great looking final product that meets his high standards while being able to meet our requirements. The job was a 600sqft composite decking with picture frame and stairs. He was able to provide valuable advice and he make sure that everything was up to code. His attention to details is outstanding, and in order to complete the job he even worked on freezing temperatures over the weekend. We have already scheduled other jobs with him, as we were blown away by his work. Harvey and his team are talented and amazing. XXC remodeled our entire home, basement and our 2 level patio. They are trusting, honest, prompt, return all calls . We even hire XXC for the small things as well. We give XXC an A+. We would recommend them to everyone.

Excellent. Xavier was attentive and prompt. Brought a great designers eye to the project, kept me informed throughout the process, brought solutions for issues found and stood by his work. even coming back weeks after completion to address a question I had. I would highly recommend him and his team for any project.

It was good, we had things scheduled and it took about a month to do it but the quality was good, he provide suggestions. He was very knowledgeable with the materials and I was very pleased. He made payment schedule comfortable for us. The pricing was very reasonable.

It went well. Javier did a good job. Very impressed with the craftsmanship. We had a mishap on one of our floors, he took care of it at no charge. He is a stand up guy.

It was wonderful. The deck was beautiful and it was made of trex. I could have ask for more.
