"Hello ms [Member Name Removed] wish you would’ve told me you had a problem with the cleaning. Yes you were in the 3rd floor which takes an elevator to get there which I didn’t know until I got there not your fault but mines I should’ve checked as well as this is helpful information to tell. The furniture wasent too bad when I seen it so I suggested a encapsulation process which isn’t as thorough as the hwe or hot water extraction but because of the elevators I explained this would be the best process and it would dry within the hr and you agreed. We cleaned it and it cleaned up pretty good tho it had some light stains from your pet who immediately jumped back on the sofa as soon as I finished cleaning not even giving time to dry. I explained with this process it continues to work while we are gone as I told you to vacuum the furniture to maintain the furniture as the dirt crystallizes and vacuuming helps to keep cleaning further. I don’t understand where lines are coming from as you say but again you never said anything to me and the furniture looked good before I left. You thought I should charge less because of my method and wanted to pay on the time I spent in the home instead of my expertise as if I was an employee working by the hr.
