The service was excellent.. Teresa gave me i sights that I had not considered previously. I had never thought that having a bad roof could damage my heating unit.. Their service was timely and efficient. The workers were kind and courteous and ensured the furniture was covered when the vents were put in place. She addressed safety concerns as this was mid pandemic. Their pricing was consistent with the community. I was pleased with their work. Great team to work with.

First of all the price that was quoted was better then other that i had gotten just to look at the system. I was happy when thet arrived on time and wasn't late. I could tell they was experienced and knew what they was doing. They was thorough and explained everything in details. They went above and beyond what was expected, making sure that our system was in good working condition b4 they left. This company cares about you and not just the job that they will do and that's why I would definitely recommend them. I had 3 companies come out and they were the best.

My old heating unit went out. I called Xpress Heating & Air to access it. Teresa came over to give me a quote and encouraged me to get a few others. I called Teresa back to set up installation. Teresa and her team arrived on time to install the new unit and update all of my vents. They cleaned up all the debris as if they were never there. The next morning I called Teresa to her know that the unit was working great,but it was a little loud. She came right back over to make some adjustments and everything has been fine since. As a courtesy,Teresa also looked at my air conditioner unit as well even though I wasn't having any issues at the time. I would highly recommend Xpress Heating & Air for a dependable, professional, and quality job.

Teresa was the technician that came out to my rental condo to quote the install furnace and AC. She is very knowledgeable and friendly, not pushy. I didnt feel she was upselling. I felt she was very honest. The installer also seemed very knowledgeable and polite. They cleaned my dryer vent and also came to inspect the furnace and ducts at my primary residence. Overall very happy with the service. I would recommend them to anyone and I would use them again in the future.
