Misdiagnosed. Overpriced repairs. Talks alot demands fees upfront then doesn't return as promised. Refrigerator still not repaired after $1,000 to this company. Spent lots of time in my bathroom atleast 3 times in the 1 hour on site. Wrong parts. Charged $250 to clean coils lead me to belive 1 hour long technical process. Simply used shop vac to blow dirt and pet hair allover my kitchen and dining room. Now has not returned texts or other parts as promised been 2 weeks. I have medicaiton need refrigeration, I did google search on issue discovered problem ordered parts overnight and fixed myself in 15 minutes for $200. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH OVERALL SERVICE AND FEES. NEVER AGAIN.

Pro came over to my house quick and diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and will fix the refrigerator today. Four stars because I had to call to check on the refrigerator part, I was expecting them to call as soon as they had the part ready. Other than that no complaints

I called because I washed one of my runners in the washing machine. Something I’ve done before. However, this time the binding on the rug came apart, and went underneath the agitator wrapping itself around the part. I went on Angie’s list and the technician, Roosevelt, called me right away and was at my door within two hours. He took the agitator off and unwrapped the binding from the base of the agitator, and the washing machine works beautifully. Thanks so much for your quick response.

Swimming Pool - Clean and Maintain
Work hasn't started yet due to the rain. Mr. St.Germain had been to see the area previously, but indicated they might not be able to do maintenance on my pool. This time, he made me an offer I couldn't refuse with a start up for summer and bi-weekly maintenance. He said the Company had a meeting and made decisions that would be affordable to everyone while keeping them competitive. I'm looking forward to a good experience with them.
