From initial estimate to installation Xterior Solutions was professional, accurate, timely, and provided excellent communication during the process of our roof replacement. The onsite team was not only efficient, they were professional, personable and friendly. They were thorough in both the construction phase and cleanup and even went the extra mile to remove old antennas and a satellite dish no longer in use. Eric was onsite throughout the process to ensure that everything went smoothly and up to their standards. He made himself available to answer any questions and to educate us during the process. It is impressive that how quickly the whole operation was completed as a result of a highly organized and well-orchestrated operation. It gives me peace of mind that not only is our roof well constructed but that it is now vented properly. I highly recommend Xterior Solutions for anyone looking for quality materials, construction, and exceptional customer service.

Matt, Bobbie Jo, Ruben and the whole Xterior team were pros from the start. Matt got right back to me, found the special Riverstone material I wanted, and gave me a great price (much lower than another quote I got). Ruben and his team showed up the day that Bobbie Jo planned and did a beautiful job laying each rock perfectly. Ruben also sent me awesome drone images of the work when it was done. This was a really excellent experience and I highly recommend Xterior to anyone looking for help with their siding!

I have used Xterior Solutions for several projects including a new roof on my house and garage . We just recently had them install new insulated siding on the house and garage. They also installed new windows in the garage.All I can say is that they did a fantastic job from start to finish. They will work with you from start to finish and they were very neat upon completion.It was a big project but they were neat and professional.Other folks in the area drove by and asked who did the great job,and I am sure they will give them a call.My friend on Watson Hollow rd. did and he is very pleased.I highly recommend them and that's why most folks give them 5 stars.

Xterior Solutions put a new 30 yr roof on my house December 2018. 5 1/2 years later I needed a new roof. There was a hole in the plywood that they just shingled over, they didn't vent my bathroom exhaust fans out the roof, the flashings around the pipes and chimney were totally crap. The ridge vent was not big enough for the heat to escape which caused the plywood and shingles to buckle. There were 2 layers of plywood in places. I had a new ac system installed and the HVAC guys said it was too hot in the attic and suggested I needed a roof fan. I called Xterior Solutions to ask about that. Their suggestion was that maybe insulation slipped into the soffits and I should get kids to go up there and pull it away or buy radiant barriers. They didn't seem too concerned about helping me. I contracted with L&G home remodeling. Luis crawled around the hot attic (Xterior Solutions never went into my attic) and on the roof. Lots of places the shingles were heaved up, the flashings were done poorly and it was leaking around the chimney. See the pictures. I would NEVER recommend Xterior Solutions to anyone. Hire someone reputable.

After seeing the work that Xterior Solutions did down the street, I went home and called them for a quote for replacement windows. Jim, the sales rep, returned my call immediately, came out and measured, and gave me a very reasonable quote. They replaced the windows last week and it was effortless! I had no idea what to expect but when they left, it was as if nothing had happened - except that I had new windows. Chris Exposito stayed on site the whole time but he probably didn't have to. The workmen, Juan 1 and Juan 2 knew exactly what they were doing and did a beautiful, clean job. Xterior Solutions was terrific!

Xterior solutions was everything we were hoping for. Our salesperson, Dan, was helpful and professional. He went above and beyond to answer our questions and provide the information we needed to make several design choices. The team that completed the job worked efficiently and left our property spotless. There was minimal damage to the property, including the garden. They were clearly careful and respectful. The look of the house is better than anticipated now that the work has been completed. Our project manager arrived for the final walk through as planned, and was friendly and communicative throughout the process. We are very happy and would definitely use this company again! Highly recommended.

Breakage and damage to our property, found evidence that alcohol brought onto our property, dumpster left sitting in the driveway for the Thanksgiving holiday and a week after and the company acted like they had no control over the situation, give excuses on top of excuses and now the roof is leaking as if done by amateurs. We paid extra for two sheets of plywood to be replaced for what? The plywood is going to be wet all over again and the company's attitude, while it is forecast to rain the next three days, we hear that well "we will get to you in a couple of days". AVOID this company. Expensive, uncaring attitudes and shoddy workmanship.

We have an extremely high standard for our workmanship and strive for perfection each time. Xterior Solutions is the highest ranked roofing company in the area and have been for several years. We have over two hundred five star reviews on Google and Angi's List. We pride ourselves on the responsiveness and our communication. Your roof was replaced the day before Thanksgiving. We set the expectation that the dumpster would be removed after the holiday. Given it is was holiday, our third party vendor for the dumpster was closed until Monday. We scheduled the pickup right after the roof was complete. We responded to all calls and emails made to us regarding the dumpster. We also called the third party extensively regarding the pickup after every phone call made to the office. We stressed the urgency of the situation to the third party. Part of our process is having a Project Manager to oversee the entire day. He is there to help receive dumpster, materials and coordinate with the crew. Being that our Project Manager was present during the installation and witnessed the entire day, no alcohol was on the premises. The single bottle cap that was found is hard to pinpoint on our crew directly. Regarding the roof leak. Your call was answered after hours. Our Operations Manager explained that we would arrive the following day. However, to always provide worse case scenario there was a chance of coming out within 48 hours, not "we will get to you in a couple of days". Worst case scenario being, it was raining heavily that night and that following morning. A safety factor for our crew climbing on ladders is taken into consideration. Directly after the call came in regarding the leak our team coordinated to be out there the next morning. We arrived first thing in the morning. The leak around your chimney was taken care of immediately which was not a direct result of our workmanship on the roof."

Beware of a false claim that they will protect your property when doing the job and completely clean up after themselves when finished. In my case, they did not totally clean my yard and left waste and damaged my hedges, shrubbery, and railing. Excuses were given at the end, but that didn't repair the damage. I am repairing everything myself now. My recommendation about their quality of service is a poor one. Beware of this.

We were able to go out there within the week to fix this for you, as we uphold our Workmanship Warranty. Unfortunately, your roof had four layers, three layers of shingles and one of cedar shake and a steep pitch. Some shingles did in fact hit the wood railing causing damage. On us, we gifted you plywood as a courtesy of our mistake. We then sent someone out to find debris in which we were unable to find anything. We will continue to work with you on any future concerns you have."

Our 20+ year old roof was holding up ok but, had been shedding gravel last couple years; so we knew it was time to replace, before we had any problems. After a thorough research we hired Xterior Solutions for the job. They were very helpful throughout the process and we could not have been more pleased with the outcome. Dan and his amazing crew were very professional, efficient from start to finish, completing the job in 1 day. We are over the moon happy with our beautiful new roof!

After having a estimate quote and possible installation date of early March we were notified our materials had arrived and job could be started in January. January 5th job was started Friday the 7th no go because of weather Saturday the8th crew was here working and returned on 10th and job was wrapped up by 3PM. We did a walk around with Site Manager and were satisfied with the completion of the job.We feel that the installation crew did an outstanding job and we loved the results.

We had our siding replaced last week and I have to say Chris & the team were AMAZING. they all worked so well together and our siding was completed in literally 3 days. That's including removing a chimney and repairing the roof where it was! They cleaned up after every day, leaving no mess or nails laying around which I really appreciated and my siding looks so beautiful. They were on time every day and even started the project 2 weeks before the initial start date. I would hire this company many times over again. Ask for Chris on your project for sure!

Our experience with Xterior Solutions went very well. We inquired about getting a roof replacement and they quickly contacted us and scheduled an initial visit. The rep provided an overview of what would be done, explained the materials that would be used and provided an estimate of what the work would cost. We then took a few weeks to explore the different roofing colors to determine which one we'd like best on our house. We visited their small showroom to view samples, borrowed samples to take back to our house and even drove by a few homes that had prior work by Xterior Solutions to see the shingles. After deciding to move forward with the project, the provided a tentative start date and later contacted us a few days before the start date to confirm and provide some information on what to expect while the work was in progress. The crew showed up as expected on the start date and was able to strip and replace our entire roof in one day. The were able to protect a flower garden near the house by draping tarps over the plantings. After the roof was installed, the yard was clean up very well and the roof looks great! Xterior Solutions completed the work as promised, and were very easy to work with at each step in the process.
