Staff member called to ask if they could start a little early since the previous job was completed sooner than expected. He arrived and began work immediately. Asked the right questions and let me know what was to be expected given the state of the cleaning issues. Tried hard to remove pet stains and high wear areas without extra charges beyond what was earlier agreed to. Asked him to place plastic or foam pads under furniture legs to prevent rust stains and he did. Rugs looked good when finished and dried.
