It was expensive and it threw me off. They up charged everything when they got here. They wanted to do way more than I wanted and I had to argue. It was very frustrating.

We were not pleased with them. It didn't seem to us that they did what they said they were going to do. They said they did and I'm not going to argue with them. They gave us an estimate in the thousands and told us we needed this and that done. We have a regular gardener and we knew what he was telling us that needed to be done didn't need to be done.

They came out and seemed very knowledgable.  The consultation was good.  I would have preferred to have an actual visual plan like a drawing.  He gave me a list of things that could be done.  The ideas were very creative and the price was good.

The cost was a lot higher than they said. The work didn’t turn out that well and they didn’t do a few things they said they would. The response to rectify the situation was slow and didn’t happen.

It worked out fine. There was no additional charge. They completed the job in an hour and a half. It was not very long. There were no unexpected issues. I would give them a top rating. They did very well. They were very quick. I intend to use them in the future.

e I was referred to Big Mike by a friend that he did work for that was referred by someone else,I did see some reviews on them that were not great,but after speaking to my friend an having him out I decided to see for myself.He was very knowledgable an had some great ideas an alerted me of some sickness in my tree's.I had a great experience with him and did ask him about issues he explained that his company grew very fast from great service  an he seemed very sincere an said he was working on fixing it.I'm writing this because he did a great job for me an seemed committed to his work an trade.It is worth having him out to see the real Arborist I met.In end they did a great job ab he was on site 95% of the time making sure all went perfect. <br />

He tried to trick me and asked for more money even though I had prepaid for the service. It was not a pleasant experience at all and he was very pushy.

Called and left messages for call backs many times to schedule Daniel to come back for estimate of trimming cost. The Angie's List Deal was for $200 worth of service. Daniel was to come here at least two times, but did not show up. Finally the third appointment he did come to price the trimming of the two citrus at $75 additional cost. Again it took several appointments for the trimmers to finally arrive and again no phone calls to confirm the appointment. <br /> Their trimming of the trees was more than I had imagined, but I know the trees will fill-in again. The yard was blown clean, also removing dead leaves on the ground. <br />

I would not use them again because they seem way over priced for what you get.  I spent over $800.

I have actually had them out twice before to give estimates. Each visit they were very friendly, very informative and non-pushy. Unfortunately the first visit was just after we bought our new house so we couldn't afford to do the work. The second visit I was going to do part of the work that needed doing, but just kept pushing it out. Finally recently we decided to just get it all done. <br /> The estimate stayed within the same range as previously provided which is always nice. The gentleman that came out for the last estimate was very informative and patient with my questions. He let me know I could call him anytime even if it was just to ask questions. He was very knowledgeable about the work had easy to understand answers. <br /> As to the actual work...not only did they do a great job on my trees...they cleaned my entire yard up including things that were not even touched by their work. I had asked if they could grab a couple of piles of pine needles I had gathered up and they agreed to that, but they also pulled stuff off my roof and completed cleaned up every other area. <br /> <br /> <br />

I had purchased a $59 special, but the total cost was about $500. They did a good job overall.  One plant died a month or so later and they came out and replaced it.  I later found out someone on their crew dumped some leftover dirt around the side of my house in a pile, without my permission or knowledge.  So I got to clean that up.

The provider was prompt in setting an appointment for someone to come to my house and create a landscape plan for my back yard. <br /> The person arrived when scheduled. He indicated he would email me my plan and cost within 1 week. After several attempts to obtain this information, multiple voice messages and speaking with an employee of the company and being told he would follow through on getting me that information (more than a month ago), I still have not received anything.
