The work itself was done very well. I have no complaints with the work itself. I also appreciate the effort it took for the owner, Clayton, to arrange a time to come to my condo to do the work. My schedule was hectic, and we worked out and changed times. He was very good at returning text messages, checking and rechecking his schedule, and more. Also the crew that came to work at my condo were polite and friendly (fun to talk with). However, Xtreme Services fell short of my expectations in a few ways. First, Clayton brought 4 crew members with him. Who needs 5 people to do such simple handyman tasks? He told me that he had a bigger job just after mine, so he brought the whole crew. Second, they arrived in a truck without a logo and parked in a handicap parking spot. (They did have a handicap tag, but I did not see anyone who was actually handicapped.) These two factors created a problem for me. The condo security was a little surprised to have 5 handymen arrive in a truck and park in a handicap zone although there was plenty of other parking in a close garage guest parking spot. Security apparently contacted the condo manager who checked us out to make sure there was no trouble. This made me look bad. Second, it cost me $420.00 for them to do these simple jobs in two hours. I expected to pay about $250 to $300 as they did come to my condo, which is fairly high end, so I expected to pay a little extra for the service, but certainly not as much as I was charged. Third, I asked for an invoice, and Clayton asked me, "Do you need it for taxes or something?" I said that I didn't and he simply looked at me waiting for me to tell him to forget it, which I stupidly did. I really did want an invoice to see why I was charged so much, as well as proof that Xtreme Services did the work if I had any problems later on. (I paid cash.) I actually blame myself for not pushing for the receipt/invoice. But, still, any good business is going to write up an invoice at the end of the work. If Xtreme Services wants to continue to grow and get jobs, they need to know this, especially when working with people in Honolulu condos. I can add that I didn't ask for an estimate, being trusting, and this was likely a part of the problem with how much I ended up paying. Enough said.

Also one of the guys working for me is a really skilled worker who just so happend to be in a bad accident and is actually disabled that's why we had a handicap placard. At my company we don't discriminate on who we hire if your dependable, and have drive and passion for what we do then that's good enough for me. I did have a bigger job that day that's why there were four of us. You forgot to mention that I had to squeeze you in my busy schedule because the original date that I was suppose to be there you canceled because you forgot you were taking a trip to Japan the day before you was scheduled. You came back a month later and expected me to drop everything for you so I could come and change out some things. I'm guessing you gave me a C grade cause I simply told you I was not there to fix your toy sword but to do the Jobs that you requested. the cost for the job was actually 120 but you then added on the 3 light fixtures that you wanted done. We had to wire up the lights with power on cause you didnt know where to shut the power off at. I simply told you what the cost would be if we installed it for you and you said that would be great. I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to work for you in your lovely apartment and hope we can meet your expectations if you decide to hire us again."

Xtreme Handyman did a complete renovation of our 1 bedroom apartment (aprox 1000 sq ft.). Amazing attention to detail and incredibly responsive. Aside from a couple of minor hiccups (all projects of this scale will have 'em), they far exceeded all of our expectations and would immediately turn to them if we were to have any additional renovation needs. These guys are full service -- from creating the design to following through in making it exactly as it was planned. Everyone at this company, from the owners and employee's care and work hard to make one's renovations go smoothly.

Clayton was a joy to work with and took all of the anxiety out of fixing these many tasks. He came in to look at what needed to be done beforehand and discussed it with me and came up with a price that I accepted. Once that happened, he sent out a written quote detailing the work that would be done and our agreed upon price. Clayton and staff were came on time when they said they would be there, and his communication skills were outstanding. When he was working on grouting the kitchen sink, he noticed that the screws were rusting and contacted me to let me know that he recommended changing it out. Then he found that the rust was spreading to the entire sink and recommended changing it to prevent further damage. I so appreciated his alerting me to other tasks that could become problems later on so that I could address them early. The work was done to satisfaction and even my tenants commented on how easy he was to work with. I would recommend Clayton and his staff without any reservation and will definitely use him for future work.

Went really fast and looks good. Most importantly, the brackets are attached to the wall studs to prevent future problems but he was prepared if he couldn’t attach the brackets to wall studs He also took care of a minor repair to a baseboard in the kitchen that was loose.

Clayton was very responsive and professional during the bidding process. Tell him what you need and **** get back to you quickly with a quote. The tream at xtreke handyman services was very punctual while on the job and completed the job in 2.5 days start to finish. Very happy with the work! The apartment looks amazing compared to what is was!

Pretty well. Excellent install of lighting, ceiling fans and exterior door trim. Rehang of interior door needs follow up with better finishing. Cleanup in that area also subpar. Overall good work on time.

The one thing I really liked about working with Clayton and XTREME SERVICES was how he had a plan on what was going to be done from demolition all the way to the finish work and how it was done before the contract ending date

Clayton, John and their crew did an excellent job! Clayton responded quickly. They were on time and finished the job in 3 hours. They communicated clearly throughout the entire process. There were no surprises. The written contract was fulfilled. They are trustworthy, professional and do high quality work. I would definitely hire Xtreme Handyman Services again!

From start to finish everything was fantastic. Easy to schedule, arrived on time with pre-arrival courtesy call, friendly and responsive. I was very Pleased with Xtreme Handyman Services. During the whole process I was changing a few of my plans and Clayton would explain to me the Pro's & Con's of my choices. He would also offer a better or safer suggestion for me to think about before making a final decision.
