In a word, excellent . . this was repeat business for Xtreme and Marquis. He did such a great job on my wiring that I contacted him for the TV install. Once again he provided excellent service. I have more work to do,. and he will be my go to for all these types of services. I enjoyed our conversation while he was her, his professionalism is unsurpassed, and he so obviously cares about doing not just a good job, but the best job possible . . while providing great customer service.

Excellent job all around ! Great price, personable service, professional install - the trifecta of a great job. Marquis will be back to hang my TV on the wall in the next few days. In fact, I will be using Xtreme for all of my AV work in the next several months as I expand and install my home theater system.

I've made several attempts to contact you via phone but I appear to be blocked and I'm not sure why. I paid you $60 for services we agreed on you completing but as you know the toilet was not completed because I needed a part but I preceded to pay you the full amount anyway because I believed you were a honest person. That same day I went to home depot , sent you a pic of the part and you agreed it was the correct part I then sent a msg asking when you'll be returning to complete the work and you haven't answered a call or text since. At this point I would just like you to return $20 of what I paid you so that I can find someone to complete the work. You spoke about being a professional and wanting to help people but the actions you have presented to me doesn't display any of that. I'm hoping you will do the right thing and give me my money back because I'm not in the business of giving my money away.

"I am responding to your review because I am a professional service provider who takes pride in my work. Per my initial conversation with you, I was hired to setup a ring style doorbell and replace a filter in your refrigerator for your water. I completed the services for which I was hired to do for ($60), which is a fraction of the cost of which I usually charge because I was trying to be helpful. I was also asked to check your toilet (Not Repair It) to see what was causing it to run continually. After inspecting your toilet, I informed you that someone had tried to repair the toilet with a sealant and the toilet was already cracked. I advised you that maybe a larger flap would eliminate the problem but I could not be 100% sure since this is not my profession of expertise. Please contact a plumber regarding your toilet repair because they can better advise you regarding this issue. I apologize that you are unhappy but I wasn’t hired to repair your toilet."

When I first got in contact with him I did not have my TV yet. As soon as I had my TV, Marquee came over the next day and mounted it. Everything went great and look awesome!! Marquee was very professional and I love how he was so particular with his work. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs his services.
