I purchased the special from this vendor and tried repeatedly to schedule my service. Initially I provided my availability they told me the dates were full, I offered 2 more dates and then never heard for them again. I also left 2 voicemails but they never returned my calls.

When he showed up I asked him to be carful pulling the hose around corners. I said I would help him if he needed it. After he left I was going up the steps to look at the carpets upstairs when I noticed the paint on the corner of the wall and baseboard was scraped off. They were just painted. The carpets look like they were never cleaned. I will have to pay someone else to come back and do the job right. I asked if I could add on a couple of chairs. After they dried you can still see the stains. I have had these carpets cleaned in the past and they looked brand new when finished. I will not use this company again.

Well. But the carpets were soaked afterwards.

Carpet cleaning in most rooms went well overall. The club room and one flight of stairs were left very wet. Two electric fans and a dehumidifier on high for 24 hours pretty much fixed this. Also one surprise: the supply hose bringing hot water to the house burned a snake-like path across the lawn! I had offered an alternate path through the kitchen which would have avoided this - the provider should have been aware of this problem. The provider was very nice and professional.

Curtis was very professional and arrived early (he called us in advance to let us know when he was arriving). Carpet was very clean and there were no puddles. Overall very happy with the service and we would use again.

The scheduling was fine. One person came out. Overall we weren't really thrilled about the quality of the job. We've had a lot of different cleaners come in over the years, and a lot of times they'll do the spraying solution and then go back over it a few times. He just kind of did a single pass on each one. We probably would not go back to them. The price was fine. The price was way in line for what we normally would see. He was here on time.

Curtis was very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable about carpet cleaning and pet stains. He even gave me a free sample solution to treat my pet stains to test out. I would definitely hire Xtreme Steam again. Check them out!!

Excellent professional

We had a problem with our carpet cleaning. After waiting a week for a date to do the cleaning, we finally called the cleaner. He apologized for not calling us and we accepted. The appointment was made for 12/20/2016 at 4:30pm. Curtis called and said that he was running late due to traffic. He arrive at about 5:30pm. That was acceptable. We paid $50 extra for 2 rooms that need more treatment. After doing the upstairs and steps we noticed a puddle of water or cleaning solution about 1 ft square on the wooden floor at the bottom of the stairs. We called it to Curis' attention and he cleaned it up. Later we noticed that a scatter rug inside the front door was saturated for about a 1/2 x 2ft section. We told Curtis and he just seemed overwhelmed. We suspect that he was overtired. We found another puddle on the wood floor in front of our den. We cleaned it up and told Curtis that we thought that the equipment had a problem with inadequate suction and a faulty valve on the solution supply line. We noticed tht the carpet end of the hose seemed to leak fluid even when the valve wasn't open. Curtis said that everything was working properly. After Curtis left, the capets were so wet that we went over them with our own carpet cleaning machine set for suction only to try to remove the excess liquid. We got out about 2 and 1/2 cups of filthy liquid from just 4 rooms downstairs. We are very disappointed in the service and think that Curtis was working too long and that the machinery was not picking up the excess liquid. Some of the heavily sprayed areas were still damp this morning 12/21. We moved all of the furniture, Curtis helped to move the dining room table. Also, the receipt we received indicated that we owed the extra $50. We gave that money to Curtis in cash but he didn't alter the receipt. We didn't notice this until after Curtis left. I called him on the phone and he said that he would email me a copy of the corrected receipt. After a few days without getting it, I emailed him but still have hade no response.

Curtis was punctual and professional. He was able to get me in at the last minute. He did a phenomenal job. I would use him again and recommend him.

The carpet looks great. We moved some of the heavy furniture in advance, which left indentations in the carpet. After the carpet was cleaned, the indentations were gone. Great job.

The person who came was extremely professional and friendly. He did the job well and quickly-- it took about half an hour. For this area, his price was by far the best I found.

Will use again.

By the time of the appointment I hadn't heard from the owner and it wasn't until I called several times and sent and email and finally left a comment on the company Facebook page that he called to say he had written the wrong start time down. When he arrived he worked quickly which we were happy about, until we went upstairs after he left to find stains left on the carpets that hadn't been treated at all. We were disappointed.

The technician arrived close to the scheduled time, although he had called me beforehand saying he would be late because of traffic. I was very happy with the quality and speed with which the work was done. I was able to get other things done that I needed to that day and keep my plans for later that evening. I would recommend this company to anyone who needed their services.

Did steam cleaning on one big rug, two smaller rugs, plus two or three throw rugs. Did a fantastic job.

Very well. Arrived slightly ahead of time. Very professional and courteous. the technician was very knowledgeable about what was required to complete the work. it was completed in a very timely fashion as he went about his assignment with knowledge and professionalism. I was extremely satisfied with the finished product. Even the older stains on the carpet had disappeared.

Very professional. Carpets had not been cleaned in 24 years. He worked magic on them.

The extremely dirty areas took a look time to dry but he got them amazingly clean. I wish he would have cleaned under the furniture instead of just going around it but for the price I paid the cleaning was sufficient.

It went well. Took longer to dry than they thought it would.

The two man team that came was punctual and very professional. Additionally, scheduling was a breeze. After they completed the job, I did point out a few places that they missed. That said, they took care of them right away. I would definitely use them again if the occasion arose.
