My back door, door frame was rotting out. I've needed it fixed for some time. I wanted to use a local contractor for the job, and I found Gomez General Contractor LLC on google maps. Mr. Gomez came to my house, looked at the project, checked the structure underneath the house in the crawl space and proposed a fix. His bid included the frame repair and purchase and installation of a metal awning to prevent continued water intrusion. His bid price was the same as other contractors had quoted for a simple frame repair not including the new awning. This was huge savings. Mr. Gomez ordered the awning and offered to complete the job one week earlier than originally scheduled. I said yes. His crew came out, worked hard, fast and professionally. The job was completed in one day. The carpentry was exact and exquisite. The awning he obtained was of high quality, looks great and met all my expectations. I give Gomez GC LLC my highest recommendations and will use him services in the future.
