Very courteous and professions really did a good job fixing my appliance

Top Notch! I originally called a competitor that showed up an hour late was here for 15 minutes, took top off washer said it would cost $1500 - after several calls with no response & frustrated- I called Aplus appliance. Dwayne responded to my request same day, showed up next day on time - spent 2 hours taking my front load washer apart and diagnosed the problem. Gave me a quote of about $500 - I approved, Dwayne went and got the parts came back later that day and fixed it! Very professional, very courteous, very knowledgeable - a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend & call on them again should the need arise - great company! Thank you Dwayne - I appreciate your help!

The technician who did our work was excellent. He was prompt, explained and showed me what was wrong with our dryer and how much it would cost to fix it. He obtained the parts, replaced the damaged portion, and completed it quickly. I would recommend A+ to anyone.

Didnâ t have the parts needed. When the tech reassembled my oven, he deliberately stripped the screw heads. I canâ t back the screws out now.

Dwayne was awesome! He was able to come fix the freezer the day I called. He was efficient, friendly, and he explained the entire process to me. He was also able to go get the part I needed and came back to install it a few hours later. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and theyâ ll be the first ones we call if the situation arises!
