Carson called and informed me when he would be here about 45 minutes before. He showed up very courteous and professional. Showed him what the problem was and went about correcting the situation until parts can be ordered. I would gladly have Carson service my HVAC system any time.

The folks at Ted's HVAC. Plumbing & Electrical rate more then five stars. Nathan.Kendall, David, Chris, Sarah were the most friendliest, dedicated, experienced, talented people I've had the honor to conduct business with over my many years. There were several others to include as well in my assessment. I can't remember any company who has such terrific customer service. From sales presentations, inspections, communication and installation, they rate THE best.

Everything about the experience was positive. I received a text earlier in the day and then another one before the technician came. Carson was knowledgeable, personable, and very conscientious. Did a great job fixing our AC on an extremely hot day and my husband was out of town. Couldn’t have asked for a better company. Highly recommend!
