We specialize in lead paint removal and compliance work for residential and commercial properties. After the inspector’s report identifies hazards, we perform the required abatement, repairs, and detailed cleaning to meet Massachusetts safety standards and obtain a Letter of Deleading Compliance. Our process is clear, regulated, and designed to protect occupants while increasing property value and marketability. Massachusetts offers up to $3000 per unit, tax credit for owners who bring a property in full compliance with Massachusetts lead law, (receive a Letter of Full Deleading Compliance). PLEASE DO NO REACH OUT TO US, UNLESS YOU HAVE HAD YOUR PROPERTY INSPECTED FOR LEAD PAINT, BY A LICENSED LEAD INSPECTOR, AND CAN PROVIDE US WITH THE LEAD INSPECTION REPORT. WE CANNOT PROVIDE ANY TYPE OF PRICING WITHOUT AN INSPECTION REPORT.
