"I am sorry to hear this. I apologize, We did not notice the streaks or spots, or we would have stayed longer. The tracks on your windows, we did all the tracks besides your two-story windows (tracks). We did our best, you were not home at the time, so we couldn't access your home to safely clean the tracks. It was too windy to be on the ladder for that long. If you would like for us to re-service them, call the office, and we will reschedule you. - Michael."
