Jefre from Sonergy was fantastic from the very beginning. He responded immediately from my job request on Angi, and agreed to evaluate my solar panel system the next day. He was able to determine the problem immediately after troubleshooting my system and he followed through by ordering and installing the new inverter. He was very conscientious and paid great attention in performing the job and clearly explaining the repair process as well as the monitoring process. He was very knowledgeable with my solar panel system, such that he helped me to transfer my system monitoring to his company Sonergy. I feel very happy to know that my solar panel system will be properly monitored and maintained by Sonergy. I received phenomenal customer service from this customer and I would highly recommend and rate them 5 . out of 5 stars.

I originally found out about this company, SONERGY USA, as I had to have the inverters replaced for an existing solar panel setup I had. The folks I interacted with were amazing and extremely professional. They were able to take care of the repairs right away, but more importantly they fixed some items the original solar panel installer did not do properly. I was so impressed by the work SONERGY USA did with the repairs that I eventually moved forward to get additional panels installed and even a battery installed. Again SONERGY USA did not disappoint. Everything was professional and done properly. Most of all the communication with the team was amazing where I did not have to babysit them or waste time off from work in order to get the work completed. SONERGY USA stuck to the timeline as well. which I greatly appreciated.

Great team. Great company. Very customer/homeowner focused. The entire solar install was a smooth process with the company handling all phases. The hardest part was dealing with the county for permitting. The installation was quick and without issues. I definitely recommend reaching out for solar installations/removal. Extremely fair pricing, I've got no complaints.

They are one stop service guys who can do Solar Panel and roof repairs for an affordable price tag. Jefre was a life saver in diagnosing a long standing issue with our solar inverter. He responded to our request quickly and worked with the manufacturer to get a replacement inverter, which was covered under the manufacturer warranty. In less than two weeks, we were back up and running. Highly recommend.
