Amazing customer service with from the initial phone call, to letting us know when they were on the way, to a check in afterwards. Hired them to fix washer machine because it would not drain completely, but it was a bit of water left in the waher. Now after "fixing it" I have water all over my laundry room, looks like a flood. Tried calling and left message. They are avoiding my calls and will not return messages.
