They were supposed to show up at 8:00. At 9:00 I still hadn't heard from them so I called the office. Only after I called them did they let me know that there were running late. The plumber finally showed up over an hour and a half late. Once the plumber showed up he was very friendly and professional. As far as I can tell he did good work. I checked around and with the servicemagic discount they gave me the price was pretty much in line with anything else I could find (without the discount they would have been significantly more expensive). Overall, a fairly good experience. I was annoyed by the long wait, but the work was good.

The company contacted me within a minute of submitting the request and showed up within the hour. Wow! The plumber was clean, neat, courteous, and efficient. He explained the costs of the repair (very high ), made the repair then explained what he had done. Exceptional service!

They repaired/installed everything to my satisfaction. They came out on a Saturday, which I really appreciated. Three projects total. The first two projects went extremely quick, while the last did take some time, it was completed with no problems. Only bit of constructive criticism is that they clean off hardware after install/put down mats to protect carpet. All in all, I'm very satisfied, and will use them again.

I was researching a plumber for my mother to address her new home issues. It is really tedious to find a reliable plumber, servicemagic made it so easy! She hired Will from Cherry Tree Plumbing. The plumber was on time and courteous. While he was there he determined that she did not have a plumbing leak but what he determined was a structural problem with the house. CTP is honest and reliable! Just amazing!! Our family will use Cherry Tree Plumbing from now on! Nice to old ladies!!!

The technician was efficient and good. The reason I would not recommend this company to others is pricing. They offer a set fee per task, so I paid $199 for them to fix a dripping tap faucett in the bathroom which took 5 minutes and $199 for mending an outside faucett that took 50 minutes. It was not value for money.
