The plumber made a quote and stuck to it, was at my home early on Christmas Eve. He worked through the day and the rain to reconnect a new water line to my house. I was very impressed with his work ethic and quality of work.

I felt the service was dishonest and coercive. He didn't just come to quote, but had parts in hand, but all the wrong ones for what was needed. After installing the ones he had, he told us how much more the others we needed. We paid the bill and sent him on his way. We acquired the parts on-line for a fraction (10%) of quoted and fixed the rest ourselves. He also kept getting our job confused with his next call, one who has a home warranty in place, where we do not. We felt fleeced and we're left with the real problem not fixed.

Thought trip charge was duplicative since had additional charge for repair service. Hard to complain about cost since technician was most knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant I've ever had.

The plumber did a great Job. He took his time and found the problem and fixed it. It was a toilet that was made wrong. He put that on his paper work so I can go back to the mfg. and get some money back. Great job. The office is where my trouble was. She quoted and charged me a $69.00 trip charge. Most trip charges are done away with when you accept the quote given to do the job she would not do that. In fact she told me to contact other plumbers in the area to see how they would do it which I thought was strange but I did what she said. I contacted 9 other plumbers and 4 out of the 9 did not charge for the trip and the other 5 gave me a trip charge of $49.00 dollars or less and would drop it if I let them do the work. I called her back and told her what I found out and she refused to cut the charge. Next time I might take her suggestion and call the companies first before calling Home Advisor.

I specifically asked about the cost upfront and was told that the $69 service fee would be applied to the total repair. Their fees are already high and to pay an additional $69 just to show up is wrong. The gentleman that showed up told me the $69 was in addition to the repair. We argued with him about this. He called the office and offered to waive this fee.

On Time and explained everything in detail.

They showed up on time and diagnosed /fixed the issue and did a quality job. Price may have been higher than others. Should be noted that they charge $69 service fee on top of the repair cost.

The work was done very efficiently, the plumber was very good and he did great work. The only thing I thought the cost was very high but I didn't have the ability to price it out with competitive bids so I may be wrong. In any case I'm all fixed up!

First vendor (out of at least 3) that actually helped analyze my water usage issue and potential found the leak. Unfortunately, they thought I should contact my pool service first before going any further with a diagnosis. Also helped with some replacement parts under warranty which was much appreciated.

The workmanship and knowledge of the repair job was very good. I would not recommend this company to someone on a tight budget and/or fixed income as their rates are on the high side.

Came out on the same day. The only negative was tried to sell a water softener & service contract.

The person showed up walked around and said he would have to check online for some advice and then he would be back. We heard nothing for d1 1/2. Today we got a call that we owe $69.00 since the repairman came to our house but didn't do anything.

The guy gave me some helpful tips to help my appliances last longer.

The challenging part of replacing the water main was boring a new hole under a three car wide driveway. This took some extra time and he had to return the next day to finish the job, but he did prevail. The rest of the job went without issue.
