They came out the same day I called on a Saturday, ordered a new toilet, and installed it. They had to drill a new hole to move the waterline and everything looks perfect.

The only reason I gave them 4.5 instead of 5 stars is that they were later than promised. Although they had a good reason (they took longer to make sure their other customers problem was really solved), I was not informed that they would be that late. Otherwise, I would hire them again and will recommend them to others.

Bill responded within a few minutes of my request to HomeAdvisor, and was at my home to diagnose the water heater problem first thing the next morning. He made the repairs the same day. His price was very reasonable and customer service was exceptional. The repair work was done very professionally. I will refer Providence Plumbing to my neighbors, friends and family.
