Fast and did a good job.

I hired Ivan a year ago, 2023 after a house fire. I originally hired him to do the concrete, and then as the contractor for the entire project While his work was fine He unfortunately made many many costly mistakes throughout the project that didn’t really show themselves until the very end. During the last month of the project, he started to flake, even though I was paying him generously and on time every week. He started not showing up and not replying to text messages. He then begged me to pay him $2000 so he could cover his mortgage in June which I did because I wanted to be helpful and I trusted he would stick to his word and finish all of our final projects so that we could get our certificate of occupancy and move into the house. He did not stick to his word, and left us high and dry with over a dozen small projects sinks that are not connected bathtubs that are not connected light fixtures that are in the wrong place outlets that don’t work outside. Those are just a few of the things he left, and never finished. I am taking legal action against him to get the money back so that I can hire someone else to finish I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IVAN TO DO ANY TYPE OF WORK BECAUSE HE WILL JUST LEAVE YOU HIGH AND DRY AT THE END

Great job done by Ivan on our side driveway extension. I received an estimate right away and he poured the concrete a few days later. I highly recommend Yanez Construction, they were genuinely concerned about doing a good job and they did. Thank-you!

I wanted to expand my driveway from 2 car to 3 car. I got a quote Friday and by Tuesday the whole job was done and it looks great

Perfect, our steps and platform was perfect. We will be hiring them again soon for another job.
